Auto Transporters Online

They were responsive to the inquiry and price competitive. The car was picked up in short order and arrived a couple of days later. I've been through this drill before and been unhappy, but these folks were very good!

Okay. a bit of a screw up on the actual transporter. They had a truck going earlier so we agreed to do that but they never communicated internally and the second transporter showed up. It all went well.

Perfect! Dave explained the process from start to finish and didn't take a dime until the car was in our possession. He kept email and telephone contact and was prompt to respond to any questions with reassurance. He selected the perfect driver who was thorough at the pick up and called 24 hours before picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Nothing about this process was difficult, Dave made this the least difficult part of a cross country move.

Dave Miller sent me a quote for an enclosed & open transport for vehicle. I told him I was interested in the enclosed quote and asked if he could contact me to discuss. He called me within a couple of hours and answered all questions (I had a lot) and cleared any concerns I had since I hadn't done this before. Dave explained the process from set-up & pick-up to delivery (including payment options). I went ahead and put in the order online and Dave contacted me within a couple of days to tell me it was all set up. He gave me the carrier info (rating, driver info, etc etc) for the carrier and I gave him the "ok" to finalize order. Carrier was awesome, he contacted me to let me know what was going on. He picked up the vehicle and delivered it within two days to my driveway. He phoned me along the way a couple of times to update me. Dealing with Auto Transporters Online was awesome, didn't feel any stress or worry about my vehicle. In these type of deals, communication is key....and Dave did an excellent job!

I called Dave to inquire about his service and the details of transporting vehicles.  I was comfortable with his explanation and set up the transport.  Since I had plenty of time before the transfer, he kept in touch.  He emailed the details of the transfer and was happy to discuss any questions.  Twenty-four hours prior to the pickup, Gary, who owns GS Auto Transport, called.  About 30 minutes out the following day, he called and arrived on time.  He and his assistant took great care of loading the cars.  I departed and went to the location where the cars are kept.  He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, unloaded the cars and parked them.
I recommend Dave Miller.  He selected a top notch provider.  Every detail he promised was delivered.

We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model. 
Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada. 
Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect!
The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email.
We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. Thank you, Dave Miller, for your time, your expertise, your guidance and your service to this business.

Excellent service from start to finish!!  Dave, with Auto Transporters Online.com, immediately assessed our needs for the  transport, including providing best cost  to us and convenience to my son, the car owner, who was recently transferred to a new location.  This was a special situation as the car was left to my son by his grandmother, who had recently passed away.  Auto Transporters Online.com professionally handled every step from start to finish!! 

My 2005 Pathfinder was transported from Los Angeles to Tampa Florida. Dave was fantastic. He communicated daily with me and made sure all was smooth. He contacted a great carrier and the car arrived safe and sound within 5 days. If anyone is uncomfortable about dealing with car transport please get in touch with Dave and he will take care of u. I will definitely use his company again.

My son joined the service and got stationed on the East Coast in New Jersey. But of course I live in Henderson NV. which is much closer to the West Coast. So I called a few transport companies for prices and such. But I knew I found the right one after talking to Dave. He was very informative, and I really felt that I had developed a good re pore with him after our first communication. Upon my son's request Dave also gave him a call and talked with him as well. Throughout the entire shipping procedure Dave was always available to answer any of our question and concerns. He really worked with us through all stages of the process. The car was picked up on its designated pick up day, and was actually delivered to my son a day earlier than the earliest day of the drop off day. This was the first time that I have ever shipped a car, and it was a terrific experience working with Dave. If I need to ship another car I'm going to use them again.

Transported our car from FL to LA .  I can't say enough about how pleased we were with their service.  If you are thinking about having a car transportrd, this is the way to go.  They were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

A+.  This was truly a great experience all around.  I located Auto Transporters Online using Angie's List.  I sent Dave an email requesting a quote and projected timelines.  Dave responded in a very timely manner with a very competitive quote.  I contacted Dave telephonically to get some additional information since this was the first time I had used an auto transporter.  Dave was very patient and very thorough in explaining the process to me and answering all my questions.  Dave and I reached an agreement and Dave posted the vehicle for movement.  Within two days I was notified that a carrier had been identified.  I worked out the details for the loading (time and location) and that went off without a hitch.  Although the Midwest was hit with a terrible winter storm, the driver was still able to get the vehicle to the delivery location in a very timely manner and in perfect condition.  The download went equally smooth as well.  Throughout the entire process, Dave would contact me regularly to ensure I was comfortable with the process and solicit any concerns that I might have (although I had none, I greatly appreciated Dave staying engaged).  After the delivery, Dave contacted me again to ensure that everything went as I expected - which it did.  I was very pleased with the entire process.  Dave was very competent, very knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process and has earned my total trust and confidence.  Dave earned the highest ratings possible.  Strongly recommend Auto Transporters Online for Super Service Award designation - I can't say enough good things about my experience.  Dave is a superstar.

I needed to transport a 2000 Honda Civic from my home in southern New Hampshire to my son in LA. This was my first experience with needing this type of service. After doing some research on-line and then speaking to Dave Miller at Auto Transporters Online, I decided to use their service because I wanted to minimize risk and also know that I could reach them if I needed additional assistance. Within a couple of days of signing up for the service, Dave went the extra mile to locate an interested trucker that met his high standards. The trucker called me and we arranged the pickup at a shopping center that I suggested would be convenient for me around the time he was going to be in my area. (I live in a rural town with roads that are not sized for maneuvering a large truck to my house.) The pickup went smoothly on 3/13 and the car was in LA on 3/19. My son was not available to meet with the trucker the evening of the 19th so the delivery was done the next morning. The trucker was able to get to a side street very close to my son?s apartment making the end of the delivery process very easy. The car was understandably dirty since it was not enclosed during the trip but, other than that, it arrived safe and sound. Dave got in touch with me afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory.

They were excellent. They showed up on time, and they delivered it sooner than we anticipated. The pricing was good. They refused to take money until they were ready to actually come and pick the car up.

Cory was the representative that I worked with. He was helpful and had excellent communication. It was pretty flawless.

Excellent company. This was the 5th time that I have had to transport a auto. This was the best experience so far. Hopefully, I will never have to do this again but, if I do, this is the only company I will use.
