"I urgently needed my water softener replaced. He came the same day, made an adjustment to the tank so that the overflow faced the drain and stopped spilling brine onto the water heater. "I had Kegonsa plumb a 1/2 bathroom a couple of months ago and they were fantastic. However, I wanted to leave another glowing review. I contacted Lucas on very short notice for a quote surrounding a home inspection - he came out after an hour and got the written quote back to me overnight. "1. There was an issue with fixing the laminate floor. I asked him to change three pieces of the laminate floor. He ended up patching the floor with a substance. the issue is that substance is a different color than the actual floor. The more I look at it the more I am convinced that I should not have let him patch the floor. After talking to him I got the impression that he does not do a lot of flooring.
2. The change of the light bulb went well. no issue there.
