Took pictures, came down (actually went back up to match shingles) and walked me through the issues and then provided an explanation for their estimate. Not pushy and easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns and questions. 2 days later roof was fixed. Provided pictures before, during and after work. Made what was a stressful situation into an easy fix! They started at 7;00 AM Monday and gone by 4:00 PM Tuesday, doing a complete tear-off and replacement of our 64 square Condominium roof including replacing 6 skylights. The outside Clean up is as good if not better than when they arrived on site. We are extremely satisfied with the total project. Customer service and communication were excellent."
