"1. There was an issue with fixing the laminate floor. I asked him to change three pieces of the laminate floor. He ended up patching the floor with a substance. the issue is that substance is a different color than the actual floor. The more I look at it the more I am convinced that I should not have let him patch the floor. After talking to him I got the impression that he does not do a lot of flooring.

As a result of the original installation, it took him longer to get the new kitchen faucet correctly installed. He did a great job with that and with the new showerheads.
