Mr Havey called me and knowing I was unhappy with his charge and offered to give a discount to please me. That to me means he tries to be fair with his customers.

Jeff was here when expected. He installed the water heater and then fixed my sister's toilet and bathroom sink plumbing for no charge. I did give him a bit extra for doing that. He always cleans up after he is done. He is very personable and never charges more than his estimate. He will tell you what else needs to be done and will let you know what the cost is. I hope to never have to use another plumber. He is the best plumber I've ever done business with.

Called Jeff in the AM & he came over in early afternoon to check it out & took care of replacing the hot water heater right away.

It went great. It wasn’t an easy install but once it was done it looked very good.

Jeff called before he was expected to tell me he was going to be late. He came when he said he would and repaired what he could putting in new parts where needed. He rebuilt the tub/shower faucet using new parts with the old faucet. He also repaired my toilet using new/existing parts. He did a 15 point inspection of my toilet tightening loose bolts and auguring out the siphon jet hole. He is very professional and personable. He is very patient as well since I ask about a million questions. He gave me an estimate on some other plumbing issues I have and I will definitely have him back whenever I have a plumbing issue. He is fantastic. I am so happy I decided to hire him.

Very well. Jeff came immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our 20 year old faucet had finally come to the end of the line. He had a wonderful new faucet assembly available, and he and his assistant, and in no time it was installed and the problem solved. Great job guys!!!

Jeff was able to fit me in the same day. He explained the failure, told me what he was going to do and then gave me the cost before doing it. He seems very knowledgable and I would hire him again in an instant.
