"Geoff with Benchmark is a scam. He was hired to renovate a flip. I was told a timeline and end result would be top quality. He had a single person doing carpentry, tile work, flooring, dry wall work, painting, etc. The quality of work was very poor. Furthermore, Geoff is never available and has no time to show up and manage the project. His completion timeline was way off. I ended up terminating project with him. I lost money and time. Be careful hiring Benchmark."

You should insulate ducts in a crawl space if you live in a colder climate or you run your air conditioning for most of the year.
