"We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. I was blown away by Randy’s knowledge and honesty. I never felt rushed during our conversations or pushed to commit to a purchase. He took his time to investigate the issues, develop an appropriate plan of action, and prepare a thorough quote. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he was proposing and why. I learned so much just in our few conversations. I also loved that he not only addressed the issue I called him out for, but made sure any related issues were addressed as well. "We have been in a 2 year long build with many facets. I reached out to Dason at the very beginning about the project and his professional insight was spot on. I had very specific engineering requirements for our build to achieve a very high performance, Thermal comfort gave us what I required. I had a previous Spray foam contractor from a prior build and received 3 additional bids for this 2020 project. I choose Thermal comfort from the 4 companies for several reasons and I am very pleased that I did. Closed cell IMO is the only way to go, that said the install is critical and the site crew was fantastic. George, was the lead and listened to my install concerns and did an excellent job. Rich and Walt were also on hand and also did great. They accommodated us the best possible in the timing of our project. They were thorough, conscientious and and their site prep and clean up was excellent. We have future projects and they will be our insulation contractor from now on."

"We reached out to Dan with the issue of freezing pipes and cold rooms in our old house. Dan inspected the house and proposed a plan to remedy these issues. Aside from the more traditional air sealing and insulation solutions, Dan also recommended insulating the area of our house above our soffit, which was difficult to access but that appeared to be a major insulation issue. I should add the other firms we requested quotes for did not identify this area in their proposal. I firmly believe the proposals from the other firms would not have fixed our issues. Dan worked for ~2 weeks on air sealing our attic and house, adding insulation to our attic, removing our soffit and adding insulation and reinstalling soffit. Work was done well and within budget and at a fair price. Dan is very easy to work with and takes pride in his work. We are very happy to report our pipes have not frozen and the cold rooms are no longer cold - would highly recommend Dan to others - he went above and beyond."
