"We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. We were given a complimentary consultation by Steve Garrett, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."

"We reached out to Dan with the issue of freezing pipes and cold rooms in our old house. Dan inspected the house and proposed a plan to remedy these issues. Aside from the more traditional air sealing and insulation solutions, Dan also recommended insulating the area of our house above our soffit, which was difficult to access but that appeared to be a major insulation issue. I should add the other firms we requested quotes for did not identify this area in their proposal. I firmly believe the proposals from the other firms would not have fixed our issues. Dan worked for ~2 weeks on air sealing our attic and house, adding insulation to our attic, removing our soffit and adding insulation and reinstalling soffit. Work was done well and within budget and at a fair price. Dan is very easy to work with and takes pride in his work. We are very happy to report our pipes have not frozen and the cold rooms are no longer cold - would highly recommend Dan to others - he went above and beyond."
