"We reached out to Dan with the issue of freezing pipes and cold rooms in our old house. Dan inspected the house and proposed a plan to remedy these issues. Aside from the more traditional air sealing and insulation solutions, Dan also recommended insulating the area of our house above our soffit, which was difficult to access but that appeared to be a major insulation issue.
