Randy and his team did a great job. Randy personally came out to assess our home's unique needs. They came on time and efficiently executed the job at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire again for future projects.

We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. I was blown away by Randy’s knowledge and honesty. I never felt rushed during our conversations or pushed to commit to a purchase. He took his time to investigate the issues, develop an appropriate plan of action, and prepare a thorough quote. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he was proposing and why. I learned so much just in our few conversations. I also loved that he not only addressed the issue I called him out for, but made sure any related issues were addressed as well. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent! I definitely recommend Randy and Paragon Services!

They were honest and told us that it wasn't an insulation problem. He came to this conclusion because they used a thermal reader on all of our walls and by the window. They determined it was a window issue. There is a large gap between where the wall ends and the window begins. They recommended that we try the plastic film on the windows first. If not, to give them a call back to see if they can suggest anything else. We are really grateful they were honest and didn't end up doing unnecessary work that wouldn't help us anyways. I definitely recommend them.

This was our first time having insulation removed and replaced. We got so lucky that Randy was able to come out and help us. We knew nothing about what to do, as we were having mice problems, insulation falling from wall, etc. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, only an hour after we called requesting a quote. This was amazing. He was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and sat with us and answered all of our questions. Gave us a quote, which was more reasonable than any other place. Three weeks later he came out to our house with three of his workers removed our old insulation, and foamed the basement and crawl space. They were all very friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. We love the final product, we have not had any issues with mice, we saved money by going with them, and has helped on our heating bill. And my wife is happy. Telephone Contact about 8 13/19. Discussed my project via phone. Paragon said that he would make an in person evaluation/estimate but because of the distance between his shop and my residence, he would call me as to his availability to give the estimate. OK with me. He called my cell phone about 2 days later but I was on the road and unable to answer. No message/no voicemail. About 8/16 I called him back but no response/left voicemail. later I sent Paragon an e-mail/no response. On 8/17 I reached a women in his office. She stated that she was aware of the situation with my estimate and would have the owner call me back as soon as he was able. As of this writing, there has been no further contact with Paragon.

Professional, inspected attic and explained need in detail with estimate. Appointment made promptly, crew arrived punctually, were professional and took care with flooring and clean up. A+ experience.

It went great! This was nothing like about 95% of our experiences with our general contractor, they know their stuff, do an excellent job, and they actually care about making sure people get what they need and not more than they need to pass an inspection. This couldn't have gone better!

Randy is great. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, came over and inspected the area, and gave me a quote on the spot. He was able to fit us in the following week and was there to start work on time. He cleaned up after and our attic is now very well insulated.

I had a few pipes freeze during a cold spell between the holidays. I discovered the root of the problem - an attic that that had thin insulation only on the wall where the aforementioned pipes were located (clearly not sufficient for really cold weather). I called Randy and we had a discussion about the problem and how to go about fixing it. Despite the fact that Randy was on vacation with his family, he gave me some very helpful recommendations to thaw the pipes until he was able to come and provide a quote for service (his recommendations worked). Randy came to my home, gave me a fair and detailed quote for work to be performed. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. The attic is much warmer than it was before the insulation. I won't be looking anywhere else should I need more insulation work done on my home.

Randy was so prompt and professional. He came out for an estimate the same day we called, and scheduled the work to be done within a few days .He called to confirm, and again was very prompt. He used drop cloths on the carpets and kept everything nice and clean. After he left, I called him about using a credit card rather than a check, and he promptly called back, changed the payment form and sent me a receipt right away.

Project went well. However, there were a few spots where the foam was a little thin. I called him, and he said he would take care of it at tje first opportunity (process is somewhat weather-dependent.) Firat chance he got, during Thanksgiving week even, he came out and hit the thin spots to make it right. He gave no excuses, no guff whatsoever. No delays. I called him, and with a great professional tone he said he would fix it. And he did, promptly. He has a passion for his work and his product. It is not easy work, and takes some skill. But his passion translates into his expert knowledge of the materials. This is extremely important, because it would be easy to screw up big time if one doesn't know the smallest details of the product and its application. There ARE horror stories on the web regarding spray foam, but Paragon knows what they are doing, and go above and beyond.

I had 2 cold bedrooms that were over an attached 3 car garage. The temperature would drop sometimes more than 10 degrees in those 2 rooms and the floor would feel cold. After researching the issue online, it began clear that insulation would definitely be needed and this was a common issue for a lot of people. I began my search on Angie's List and located this company. I sent them a message through Angie's List very late on a Saturday night, just hoping to get a phone call when they started work Monday morning. To my surprise, I got a returned message within 30 minutes through Angie's List which was awesome! I followed up with the company on Monday morning to discuss my issue and we agreed that a lack of insulation between the garage and the bedrooms was a large portion of my problem while talking over the phone. We made an appointment for Saturday between 10 and 11am for an estimate. At 11:30am when no one had showed up or called me, I called and was told he was still working on a job and would be there between 1 and 1:30pm. At 1pm someone did arrive and began to look at the 2 bedrooms. After looking into the attic I was told that was my problem and nothing else was looked at. I asked multiple times if he would to look in the garage to make sure that there were no issues and it was only in my attic and I was continually told it was not necessary and he would just blow insulation into the small access area in front of the knee wall. i called around to receive additional estimates and all the other companies took the time to show me where my issues were with pictures and thorough evaluations. It turns out, between my garage ceiling and bedroom floors has a 27 inch space with only 10 inches of insulation in it. So the quote from this company would have not corrected my issue and I would still have cold bedrooms especially my floors. I don't disagree that my attic insulation was lacking, but much more of my problem came from the floor and without addressing both, this would have been a waste of money. The price for attic insulation installed was okay, not the best, but was far from the worst. I did not hire this company because of the no call no show for the original appointment time and the lack of a thorough evaluation which would have not fully addressed my issue.

Very well. We were able to get the job scheduled and completed in a very short period of time in what is I presume a busy time of year. I appreciate Randy's responsiveness and working with us on an estimate that was underestimated for the large size of our attic.

It as efficient, timely, done well, and the area was cleanly.

It went smoothly. Randy arrived on time, did what we contracted for, and, kept the house clean before, during and after work was done.
