We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. I was blown away by Randy’s knowledge and honesty. I never felt rushed during our conversations or pushed to commit to a purchase. He took his time to investigate the issues, develop an appropriate plan of action, and prepare a thorough quote. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he was proposing and why. I learned so much just in our few conversations. I also loved that he not only addressed the issue I called him out for, but made sure any related issues were addressed as well. This was our first time having insulation removed and replaced. We got so lucky that Randy was able to come out and help us. We knew nothing about what to do, as we were having mice problems, insulation falling from wall, etc. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, only an hour after we called requesting a quote. This was amazing. He was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and sat with us and answered all of our questions. Gave us a quote, which was more reasonable than any other place. Three weeks later he came out to our house with three of his workers removed our old insulation, and foamed the basement and crawl space. They were all very friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. We love the final product, we have not had any issues with mice, we saved money by going with them, and has helped on our heating bill. And my wife is happy. It went great! This was nothing like about 95% of our experiences with our general contractor, they know their stuff, do an excellent job, and they actually care about making sure people get what they need and not more than they need to pass an inspection. This couldn't have gone better!

Randy is great. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, came over and inspected the area, and gave me a quote on the spot. He was able to fit us in the following week and was there to start work on time. He cleaned up after and our attic is now very well insulated.

I had a few pipes freeze during a cold spell between the holidays. I discovered the root of the problem - an attic that that had thin insulation only on the wall where the aforementioned pipes were located (clearly not sufficient for really cold weather). I called Randy and we had a discussion about the problem and how to go about fixing it. Despite the fact that Randy was on vacation with his family, he gave me some very helpful recommendations to thaw the pipes until he was able to come and provide a quote for service (his recommendations worked). Randy came to my home, gave me a fair and detailed quote for work to be performed. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. The attic is much warmer than it was before the insulation. I won't be looking anywhere else should I need more insulation work done on my home.

Randy was so prompt and professional. He came out for an estimate the same day we called, and scheduled the work to be done within a few days .He called to confirm, and again was very prompt. He used drop cloths on the carpets and kept everything nice and clean. After he left, I called him about using a credit card rather than a check, and he promptly called back, changed the payment form and sent me a receipt right away.

Project went well. However, there were a few spots where the foam was a little thin. I called him, and he said he would take care of it at tje first opportunity (process is somewhat weather-dependent.) Firat chance he got, during Thanksgiving week even, he came out and hit the thin spots to make it right. He gave no excuses, no guff whatsoever. No delays. I called him, and with a great professional tone he said he would fix it. And he did, promptly. He has a passion for his work and his product. It is not easy work, and takes some skill. But his passion translates into his expert knowledge of the materials. This is extremely important, because it would be easy to screw up big time if one doesn't know the smallest details of the product and its application. There ARE horror stories on the web regarding spray foam, but Paragon knows what they are doing, and go above and beyond.

Very well. We were able to get the job scheduled and completed in a very short period of time in what is I presume a busy time of year. I appreciate Randy's responsiveness and working with us on an estimate that was underestimated for the large size of our attic.

Randy came out when he said he would, and finished the job more quickly than he promised. Since then, we've noticed that the bedrooms are holding temperatures much better at night than before his work was done. So as of now it seems that Randy correctly identified the issue and addressed it directly, and we're very happy with the overall experience. I'll definitely be calling Paragon in the future if I have any other insulation needs.
