We bought a large apartment with two Spacepak style Unico air-conditioning systems. We called Northstar and American Vintage Home to come out to service them and get them working. After looking at the two systems both insisted they couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced at a cost of $25-30k. Looking for a third opinion I called Pawel at American Air Experts. He was great! Took a look at the systems and quickly found one needed to be charged and the other had a shut off switch that had been tripped. In about 2 hours both systems are working as new. Cost me a few hundred dollars. Can't tell you how happy I am with American Air Experts! Total experts and they operate with honesty and integrity.

Pawel and his crew recently replaced our furnace & AC and they did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional and honest. Would highly recommend them!

I originally hired Pawel to come look at a non functioning a/c. He came after hours and spent many hours late into the night trying to diagnose and fix the problem. After multiple tries when it became apparent that there was a fatal problem with the compressor, he recommended installing a new unit. He even came in early the following morning (like 6 am, before he started his other scheduled jobs) to test it one last time before recommending new unit. Once we decided to install new A/C, I also had him look at our 15+ year old furnace and we made the decision to install new furnace as well since he gave me a good bundled discount. Subsequently the installation went very smoothly. He installed the A/C ASAP since we had company coming and it was hot and humid July week. Furnace was installed later. All done very professionally. It's been over 1.5 years now and no problems. I found Pawel to be extremely helpful, honest and articulate. One of my best experiences as a home owner. Would highly recommend American Air Experts!!

Arrived on time, checked and cleaned AC, did a diagnosis on the AC and made sure everything was clean, up and running correctly before he left. Very professional and polite. Signed up for yearly service of HVAC.

Great! We got confirmation and reminder emails about our appointment and our arrival window was 8:00-10:00 a.m. I was very happy that Paul arrived at 8:00! He was polite, put shoe covers on, and was very happy to answer any of my questions. I watched him work and he did (by far!) more than anyone else has ever done during a furnace check. He explained everything along the way. I asked for quotes for other work and Paul emailed them to me shortly after he left our house. This offer for a furnace check and cleaning was a great value!

Quick and no issues. This is part of a yearly service so the cost is split with the AC maintenance. The only add on was a humidifier filter.

Very well. Answered a lot of questions; solved a problem that others never solved. We signed up for annual heating and A/C maintenance.

They showed up without informing me, so I asked them to inform me before they come. That's the only issue I had. They showed up on time.

Pawel did an excellent work, very professional and on time. And his way of communications is state of the art and out of site. I’m very satisfied with the job will recommend him highly any time.

(Note: I have a boiler, not a furnace). They cleaned and tuned up the boiler, quickly and efficiently. They explained and showed me some areas that will potentially fair in the future and gave me an estimate. They did not pressure me into an upsell. For that, I am very happy.
