This happened late on a Friday afternoon. so I called Mike Wagner, described my problem and he said he could check out the problem at 9:30 on Saturday morning. He told me not to use the toilet or drains overnight, since the sewer water would probably drain down. He arrived on time Saturday morning, assessed the problem (the water did drain down, as he said it would) and indicated he wanted to add a PVC clean-out behind my house and then rod out the sewer line to the street. He gave me a verbal cost estimate and said he could have a crew available to do the work on Sunday morning. He said we could use the toilet and drains sparingly until the work was completed. On Sunday morning, Mike and two helpers arrived to do the work at 9AM, he gave me a written quote, which I signed and they had everything done by noon. I paid for the work with a check, since he doesn't accept credit cards. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. The price I paid seemed a little bit higher than I had expected, but considering the work was completed quickly on the weekend, I can't complain. I was very satisfied with work that they did and Mike included a warranty, in case anything should go wrong, he would stand behind his work."
