Service was excellent. Would recommend Arrow and will use them going forward.

They were previously known as Crystal Lake Sewer and septic, I believe. They are now known as Arrow sewer and septic (not sure if Arrow bought out Crystal Lake Sewer and septic or just changed their name). 

I called them to schedule one week ahead of the desired service date and  made an appointment. I was given a 4 hr window.  One day before the service was due, the owner called me stating he read the weather is going to be bad the next day and so would I consider moving the appt to the morning instead of afternoon so that the service can actually be completed without being interrupted by the hail and  thunderstorms. I agreed, but requested a call 20 min before they get here. Brad was extremely professional. He called me exactly 20 min prior to arrival and informed where he is and when he will arrive. Once arrived, he immediately found the septic tank lid, opened it, inserted the suck tube and started the draining process. In 20 minutes he was done. He even remembered the last time he was here many years ago!! He explained what he had done, asked me if I had questions and left. Not only was Brad's behavior highly professional, but I thought that the fact that they monitored the weather, called customer to reschedule, wrote down notes of customer request and did showed up on time speaks a lot about their overall professionalism. I would certainly give this company my business again.

I had a sewer back-up on Memorial Day weekend and they had no one available to do the work even though I have a contract with them so I had to find someone to do the work and was charged $350.00 for the job which usually costs $200,00. Furthermore, the last time they did the rodding they said the sewer line was broken and needed to be repaired which would require digging up the lawn and breaking up the cement sidewalk. However: the person who actually did the job said that the line was not broken since he scoped it and also I had a new toilet installed and in the opinion of the plumber/installer, the line was not broken. Overall I feel that they tell their customers the line is broken so they have a more costly repair and that they cannot be trusted.

They pumped 2 tanks and went out of their way to access both tanks with an extended hose in order to save us additional costs. An evaluation of one line/tank was recommended. It was easily and promptly scheduled with their office. Upon evaluation, it was determined that line repair was required. This was completed immediately. Everyone was very professional and willing to answer my questions and educate me on septic maintenance and preventative measures. They were great to work with.

Had Arrow install a cleanout some years back and they charged me a little more than half of what Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me. That went very well. Recently Hunter came to give the cleanout a routine rodding. Everything went superb! Arrow septic gets my full endorsement!

We had an overflowing toilet that turned out to be a blockage in the septic system. This was figured out about 3:00 on Saturday afternoon. I have used Arrow before to pump out the tank so I called them and they had someone here in about an hour. The gentleman jumped right in (almost literally) and diagnosed the problem. He had the tank pumped and the blockage cleared in about an hour.

My sump pump drains into septic lines and the pipes and lines near the house were full of roots from the foundation bushes. I got estimates from 3 other companies that wanted to redo the whole yard and huge estimates for the work. Arrow put their camera in the pipe and saw the corrigated pipe from the house was bad and replacing the 5 foot of pipe and the roots in it would solve most of the problem. They did the work and added a clean-out junction for future hydro-jetting. They came out the day after calling them and keep the yard as clean as they could taking all old pipe and roots with them So far it has worked for 6 monthe of wet weather.

The tank hasn't been pumped out since moving in. The Arrow guy was on time and did the job in under an hour. It included checking out the drainage. All for under $200. I'd use them again

We had just moved into a house and it was our first time dealing with a septic tank. The man came out and explained how it worked for me, and did the pumping. Also told me about a repair that needed to be done that the previous owners chose not to do. They installed risers on our tank a few weeks after the cleaning.

We started with calling and with what we thought was the problem a broken baffle that needed reparing, we were having much flooding at the point of the septic box. An appointment was made for the company to come and do and inspection for $65.00. When they arrived they were ready to work at 8:30am,had all the tools and machines to do what was needed. With the camera they discover that the junction box at the far end of the field was blocked due to the time not in use when the baffle had been repaired, which was causing a backup of the sewage. they dug the junction box out and pumped it dry and put a large cover over the area to make it easier to access. they used a hose that blew water back to clean out the lines pumped all of it away. They replaced the dirt and cover the area where there standing water and left the yard very neat and tidy. And it only took 31/2 hours. and cost was only $800.00 which was far less than we expected to pay.

What a great experience. Shane was earlier than expected and was waiting for me as I returned from an errand. He began work right away. I always like to watch my servicemen to know what they are actually doing. He explained everything about how the system worked. He found the septic system and had to dig to reach it, which he did not charge us extra for. Shane was extremely personable and answered all my questions. He even gave us some enzymes to maintain the system. I was very impressed with him!

This is the first house I have owned with a septic tank therefore anything septic was new for me. Shane, the service tech Arrow sent out, was great. I had water and sludge backing up into my basement through the drain in the floor. Shane inspected and cleaned out my septic tank and the line running to the septic tank from the drain in my basement. He also took a lot of time to educate me about my septic tank since this was new for me. He came out the same day I called, which was a Saturday, and didn't charge me extra for the Saturday service call. Also, I have quit a large front lawn and it was some distance from my driveway to the septic tank. I was glad that there truck was equipped with a hose long enough to reach the tank so they did not have to drive on my lawn. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely call them again.
