Initially making contact was a bit challenging...did not receive a return phone call once or twice; got a "voice mailbox full" message a couple times. This is reflected in the "B" responsiveness grade.  Ultimately, they were very good to work with and I do understand that their were some extenuating circumstances at the time.  Ron came out to the house for a free estimate and made some good suggestions for what would make an impact.  He gave me a detailed estimate of each element for each room and advised me on how much paint would be needed. We bought paint ourselves.  (I got another estimate from a less formal "business"... really just a guy who paints...and it was in the same ballpark if not a bit more.  Thus, I decided to go with the legitimate business.)
Ron gave us a 1 hour window in the morning for arrival.  He and his crew of 4 arrived within the window.  He got the crew started with instructions and left them to work.  He gave us the expectation that they would be done the next day.  They did complete the job on the second day around 5.  When we arrived, they were finishing up.  I did find that a door I expected to be painted was not.  I mentioned this to one of the crew and he immediately went to painting the door. Ron called us to let us know when he would be there and arrived a while after we did to inspect the job. Ron and the crew were friendly and quick. There were no surprises/unexpected charges.   The quality was very good and it transformed the house. Patching and repairs were seamless; paint was neatly and evenly applied...(very different from when we've DIY'd it!)  Despite a few minor imperfections (e.g. painted around the recessed lighting cover instead of underneath it), the job exceeded my expectations in value.  Just as a reference, I've had painting done at my primary residence by another excellent painter but it was twice as expensive."
