All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose.
