"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"We would highly recommend Property ReVision to anyone looking for a home renovation--large or small. We worked with them for our recent basement renovation and are so happy with the results. Jason, our project manager, was a great communicator and very professional. They worked within our budget and were flexible when we wanted to do parts of the project ourselves. Their on-staff carpenters were particularly friendly and great to work with. All of their staff and subs were more than happy to follow COVID safety precautions while doing work in our home."

"We couldn’t be happier with our basement remodel from start to finish! The process was smooth, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. We always felt informed and knew what to expect along the way. Scott and Nick were both great to work with. They listened to our ideas and brought them to life, while also offering suggestions we hadn’t thought of that added unique and thoughtful details to the overall project. Their experience and attention to detail really made a difference. They were extremely meticulous, and the quality of the finished product is outstanding. The entire team was professional, courteous, and took great pride in their work. We also felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service they provided. There is nothing we would change about the final outcome and we are excited to enjoy our newly remodeled basement for many years to come. Highly recommend American Home Remodeling!"

"Granzow Home Inprovement was amazing, from the initial meeting, to questions or concerns we had, before, during, and after the work was performed. We were pleasantly surprised mostly by the care and concern Rick and Bob took regarding their customer, which is rare in many businesses. This was our first home remodel project, we learned a lot from it, and we love our basement! Keep up the excellent service!"

"I couldn't be happier with the basement remodeling service. The crew came early and was very professional, timely, and exceeded all of my expectations. My basement was dark, outdated, and underutilized, but now it?s a bright, beautiful space that feels like a whole new level of my home. They make custom built-ins to modern lighting. The work process was amazing and thorough, and the materials used are high quality. The attention to detail is incredible, every corner of the room looks perfect. Reasonable estimate and they've completely transformed my home, and its so nice to spend time in our new gorgeous space!"

"There are not enough good words to say about Nick, High Quality Contracting's owner. His professionalism, open communication, courteousness, and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. Nick completed my huge home project in a very timely manner and hired only the highest quality professionals — building architect, electrician, HVAC professional, plumber, etc. Nick kept me updated during the construction/remodel regarding the workers coming into my home and set the expectations; he was always conscience of the cost and helped save money by giving excellent alternatives with every purchase. Nick is very easy to work and his vast knowledge allowed him to provide excellent and trustworthy recommendations. My home is absolutely beautiful, I am thrilled with the results! Nick did such a tremendous job three of my friends hired him to complete work in their home. The name of Nick's company High Quality Contracting says it all. He truly has Craftsmanship You Can Trust. "I am so grateful to have had such an excellent contractor. A basement remodel in a 1920s home is always going to have surprises and puzzles to solve. Mike took on the challenge, made awkward spaces more comfortable, and added a bathroom where there was none. He communicated carefully every step of the way, and offered options and great suggestions. His tile work is beautiful and he pays attention to details. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike."

"These guys were great! I hired them to install a laminate floor & baseboards in my lower level & they completed it quickly & professionally! I then used them to install a vanity/sink & toilet. Although the my bathroom was not plumbed for this, they were knowledgeable enough to get it done! I will continue to use them for all my handyman needs. Just a couple of nice guys with great talent!"
