So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. They were able to expand the basement by taking down a wall, creating an open stairwell for a space that flowed with the upstairs. This has let us stay in our current home, while having the space we needed for our growing kids. After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity.
