They were able to expand the basement by taking down a wall, creating an open stairwell for a space that flowed with the upstairs. This has let us stay in our current home, while having the space we needed for our growing kids. Shawn's pricing was so reasonable compared to other quotes from competitors, we had additional funds to complete projects upstairs as well. Things that could have been done better: * I had to replace the closet fixtures, probably because they were fixed on the dry wall. * would have been better if i had choice with the shower inside the basement bathroom."
