Overall good job with finishing my basement. i really like my basement overall after i installed carpet from Home Depot and home-theater system from Best Buy. i really appreciated them picking up the selections for the basement bathroom from Home Depot. Things that could have been done better: * I had to replace the closet fixtures, probably because they were fixed on the dry wall. * would have been better if i had choice with the shower inside the basement bathroom.

"By closet fixtures, Jayendra must be referring to the shelving we installed in all three closets, including the closet under the staircase. This is the first I'm hearing Jayendra's dissatisfaction. I really wish this was brought to my attention because I then would have had an opportunity to work with Jayendra to rectify this. Regarding the bathroom shower, the proposals we provide to all of our potential clients are very detailed. The plumbing fixtures quoted were listed by manufacture (In Caps) and with model numbers by each as they are in every proposal that we provide. This is done so each potential can go online to physically see what each fixture looks like. Again, I wish I had been notified during the bidding process or anytime prior to the beginning of construction as I would have been accommodating. Ultimate satisfaction is the foundation to which we've built our company."

Bob and Rick did an incredible job finishing our basement. They were willing and able to accommodate all of our requests and maintained open lines of communication throughout the entirety of the project. Rick responded to all communications very quickly and was always willing to field a call with any questions. From the start of the bidding process through the end of construction, Bob and Rick were always professional and provided guidance and transparency at every step while still allowing us some creative flexibility during the design process. We are consistently getting compliments on the superb craftsmanship of our basement. They are easy to work with and take care of scheduling all the sub contractors(which were awesome too) and inspections to keep the project running smoothly. Bob and Rick are fantastic! Very easy to work with. The guys provided many unsolicited ideas for improving the overall project....ideas that were "spot on" and cost little or nothing to the project. Very honest, hard working guys. Their subs are terrific as well (electrical, plumbing, etc). Can't say enough about this contractor team!! Lastly, Rick's job quote if very complete and every cost is explained upfront and clearly. Have Granzow quote your project. Compare it to others.....I think you'll choose Rick and Bob. you should!

The Granzow brothers exceeded our expectations! Our basement looks spectacular and we get compliments from everybody who visits about the craftsmanship and elegance. Rick and Bob took a lot of care to make our vision a reality. We had multiple contractors and coordinating them wasn't easy, but Rick and Bob were very gracious with their time and communication was always a priority for them.

Our basement project is not completed, but we can see that Rick and Bob are very experienced at what they do. Bob has come up with some great suggestions on how to design some aspects of the various areas we weren't sure about. While they were working on the framing, my husband and I decided that we wanted a finished closet area, so Rick and Bob took care of that request that day. We are hoping the project continues to run smoothly.

We finished our basement with Granzow and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We wanted it to match the first floor in terms of quality, aesthetics and materials and it turned out beautifully. The cost was modest compared to other builders and the estimates were perfect. There were few bumps along the way that elongated the completion but both Rick and Bob were very easy to work with. I'd personally recommend them for any remodeling work.

Good planning, liked the walkthrough process for each phase. Very professional demeanor. Price quote given was fairly accurate with respect to some unforseen adds which are common in any project. Overall, a good first experience with remodeling a room in my house.

My basement project is currently underway with Granzow Home Improvements with rough-in almost complete. Their attention to detail and communication are very good, and they bring a team of quality subcontractors to the proejct. While the project isn't complete yet, I have full confidence that I will be a satisfied customer and I would recommend this company to others. The one issue I have is that they are backed-up and keeping to schedule has fallen behind. However, this does not have a cost impact to our job and they are trying to make up for it over the course of a few weeks.

Our addition was completed over two months after the date that was originally agreed upon. Communcation is so important during any project, we shouldn't have had to keep the project on task. Very poor clean up, especially around the site. Quality of the job dropped towards the end of the project and lack of concern.
