I was never left wondering what if—a few times, I had ideas mid-project, and Nick always provided his professional opinion before executing them flawlessly. The entire project lasted about three months, though it likely would have been completed sooner if not for the holiday season. Regardless, everything was strategically planned and executed on time. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space. We hired another company for that work, but in hindsight, I wish we had discovered American Home Remodeling sooner to handle those projects as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with American Home Remodeling. Their professionalism, organization, and expertise made this project stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
