We had the majority of our basement finished by Granzow Home Improvement LLC and I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the work quality done and would highly recommend them. While quoting for contractors, Rick came over very quickly, he had references and his license ready to review, and turned around a quote very quickly. He listened to our vision for the basement but offered any honest advice for how best to approach it. Rick and Bob were very communicative and helpful in resolving any issues that came up including cost differences due to changing costs of material. They handle any issues with professionalism and a realistic attitude. Nothing felt like a surprise or an issue we couldn’t handle. We are really pleased with the finished product and even after the project ended Rick and Bob have even given us very good advice on our home as first time home owners. I couldn’t be happier that we went with them for our first large project on our home.
