Great - replaced old laminate countertops with quartz - precision stone had a good selection on-sale. Job was on schedule and completed with little or no dust inside the house. They did laser measurements at our home and custom cut our pieces at their facility. Good, competent crew!

Based on that, we signed a contract. But during the plan review, the project manager said none of that was included and even claimed he?d never heard of it. We were told Matrix doesn't clean, doesn?t tape, and won?t touch any wiring. We'd have to prep everything ourselves?or live with overspray and debris being painted over. I asked to cancel the contract, but Matrix stopped responding. Now we?re stuck with an open contract, out a down payment, and no work done. They won?t reply or resolve it.
