"There was in fact some settling on this project and it was fixed in the summer of 2013. The contract that was signed indicated that there was a 1 year warranty on the work,and that warranty was honored with a repair in the summer of 2013. As of 6/21/2013 the warranty had expired. The client originally held back several hundred dollars for the lawn repair and to this date has not paid it. Summer of 2012 was not only extremely hot , but also bone dry.The warranty is up , the lawn repair was done , but was never paid for , and now the client is upset because I won't come back to his property. This is the first hardscape project I have had any issues with, and I stand by everything we do so long as the bill is paid in full and it is under the terms the client has agreed to."
