Work was done on schedule. The selection was great in their showroom and ordering and installation were seamless. Generally happy with results, but large rust spot was not apparent in preview. Now we have to hide that large ugly rust colored spot in the middle of a otherwise beautiful countertop.

It was ok. They have excellent variety of various granite types. Price negotiation was good as we were prepared with homework . But they are just too busy & don't even have enough admin people to handle inquiries. Their technician has great laser tools for measurement. Plumber price is extra & not included as they have their plumbers & leave that decision to you. As it is a hassle many customers like us use their plumber service. There was complete disconnect in their scheduling removal of old & new top install. & they could have left us without top for 2 weeks.
Overall install went well but they tried to use shortcut by using similar but other low cost granite for bath. Due to all this you got to watch it all along which shouldn't be necessary ...overall average experience which could have been outstanding ..

Our house is new construction so the builder dealt with WGD in terms of measurement, installation, and payment.  I can only speak to the customer service we received when choosing our granite and tile.  We worked with Joyce and she was, in a word, amazing to us.  With new construction there are a million decisions and interior design is not our strength.  Joyce was so helpful and wonderful to work with throughout the entire experience.  She went above and beyond what would be considered her normal job to help ensure our project turned out perfect.  She didn't just sell us some granite.  She helped us match cabinets and tile and even select paint colors to tie everything together.  She gave us design ideas for our master bath shower and helped us choose the tile.  The end result was simply fantastic.  She was patient and friendly to work with and we're very grateful for all her help.  She made the experience as good as we could hope and we'd gladly work with Joyce again any time.

Having granite countertops installed in our kitchen was the first project of many to remodel our kitchen, dinette, and laundry room.  Dealing with Wisconsin Granite Depot was extremely frustrating and really took the excitement out of remodeling.  We ordered our granite.  A few weeks later we went to the store to talk to our salesperson to let her know the sink we picked out.  She was with a customer so another woman helped us.  She took all our information, including the model number for our sink.  The day it was installed, my husband got home from work and realized they installed the wrong sink size.  Wisconsin Depot did finally rectify the situation, but only after my husband and I had to seal plastic around the entire kitchen and seal all our cupboards so they could cut for the new sink.  What a huge mess!  Dust everywhere.  Wisconsin Depot must have made 5 more trips after that to work on a blemish left by having to move the hole for the faucet.  The reason the sink was wrong in the first place is that the person we gave our information to never entered it into the computer in order to inform our sales person.  The most significant problem  with Wisconsin Granite Depot is a huge lack of communication from the owner all the way to the installers.  Office personnel lacked professionalism and did not communicate with each other effectively. Workers coming to the house on various occasions were always late (hours late), never had what they needed and had to go back to the store, and were not told everything they would be doing at our house (which is part of the reason they had to keep going back to the store).  Once the granite was installed, the store never responded in a timely manner to our emails and phone calls. When we ordered our sink, or so we thought we had, we ordered metal grates.  When the new sink (the one we originally wanted) was installed, there were not metal grates.  I emailed the owner and left a message.  I didn't hear back from him until two weeks later telling me that they will order the grates.  I told him that the grates were already ordered and they were now in my sink.  Just another example of poor communication.  The whole process was a nightmare. We have three bathrooms that we are remodeling, but will not go back to Wisconsin Granite Depot due to lack of communication with all involved, and lack of professionalism.  The owner offered us $200.00 after all this.  We never received the money and also never pursued it.  That amount was insulting.

WGD provided great service in helping select the granite countertop.  When they were on sight to measure, they were very friendly, provided information on the process and what to expect.  The installers were prompt, friendly and efficient.

Wisconsin Granite Depot is a quite customer friendly company. They were very fast providing an estimate and the estimate was very reasonably priced. The installation was performed as planned and the installer team worked pretty clean and fast. I would definitely recommend. Reasonable price, good quality service. Many thanks Wisconsin Granite.

They did from start to finish.
They did laser template, digital layout on the slabs. They fabricated stones by CNC machines.
And professional installation.
Thanks to Wisconsin Granite Depot

Wisconsin Granite Depot installed beautiful granite countertops for our office kitchen. The stones are beautiful, they offer a large variety of granite and tile at their 27th Street location at Oak Creek. The installation team was very kind and professional. The prices were also pretty reasonable. We were very glad that we made the right choice for the job. I highly recommend the company.

We asked them to drill two holes into the countertops where our faucet would go as well as the overflow for the dishwasher. They ended up drilling three holes into the countertops and we considered installing a soap dispenser to occupy the third hole, even though we didn't want that. Since we did not ask for that, I wanted them to credit me $100 for the soap dispenser. After a few back-and-forth conversations, they had Amy leave me a voicemail on July 20th, that the company had approved the credit for $100 and Joyce took my credit card information about a week ago and there still hasn't been a credit. Now I have been calling them and no one is answering the phone.

We selected our granite slab on March 15, 2014.  While we loved the slab we selected, we noticed there was a damaged area which we referred to on many occasions as the ?burn? spot.  Our sales person commented that it looked like a chemical had been spilled on it.  During numerous visits to the store, we stressed that we wanted to make sure that the ?burn? mark was not captured in our layout.  We were assured it would not be, and that we would be able to see the final layout of our countertop before it was cut.
On June 11, our sales rep sent me the layout of the countertop.  I wanted to take a closer look at the CAD design, so I went to Wisconsin Granite Depot to take a look.  The owner, Paul, showed me the layout.  I again stated that I wanted to be sure the ?burn? mark was not in the layout plan.  At this time, the layout for the kitchen sink area was on the right of the slab, and the burn mark on the far left.  All looked good.  I did want to make a change to one small piece, moving it down 9? or so.  Paul could accommodate for $100 additional charge.
On June 12,t he final layout was e-mailed to me, including the change I had requested.  I approved the layout as received.
On June 16, the countertop was installed.   It is a beautiful stone, with a gorgeous edge.  But to my shock and dismay, there, right above the sink, was the ?burn? mark!  We double checked the layout we had approved---no burn mark.  Interestingly enough, none of the cuts for the U-shaped counter are per the design in the layout.  Knowing very little about fabricating, all I can deduct is that the piece was reversed during processing.  Regardless, what was delivered was not what was approved, but rather, the defective piece of granite we repeatedly asked them to avoid.
We had other concerns re: the work done by Wisconsin Granite Depot, including the incorrect placement od the faucet over the drain, unsealed travertine piece for bathroom, and $45 charge for dishwasher attachment that was never received
We called Paul the evening of our installation to state our dissatisfaction.  Paul said he would check his production papers and call us right back.  We did not hear from him.  When his folks came for an adjustment for another issue the following day, we asked them to please have Paul call us to discuss the kitchen and bathroom countertop problems.  The installers took a picture of the bathroom sink so they could show him and promised he would call us.  We never heard back from Paul.
We are very disappointed in the product that was delivered to us, and with the unresponsiveness of WGD.

We found Wisconsin Granite very easy to work with.  The showroom is large, well stocked and the help was attentive.  The measuring crew and the installers were on time and the work was superb.
One minor inconvienience was the fact that you are responsible for disconnecting, then reconnecting your plumbing, but you are made aware of that up front.
All in all, we are very pleased with our new countertops and would recommend "Dr. Granite" and his crew to everyone.
