BEDROCK GRANITE specializes in custom residential work. Our American journeymen and stoneworkers are qualified to work with any stone, including exotic varieties and unique designs. We are in constant communication with you during the planning and installation of your granite project. We work with all natural stone countertops including classic granite, unusual and exotic granites, marble, quartzite, soapstone, leathered granite, and honed granite. I wish this experience would have been better. Long process to get this install but gave benefit of the doubt because of the housing boom and supply chain issues. What really upset me was the install. The countertop went in fine but apparently the design we signed off on wasnt followed and backsplash came in more pieces than we agreed on. They had to come back a different day to complete. The 2nd crew that showed was as clean and meticulous as a grade school kid. Caulk all over the walls (and walls not associated with this counter), a chipped wall corner, caulk all over the countertop not cleaned, and the backsplash pieces not lining up to make it look like a $1100 product. I wish more care was given to the install, putting the pieces together, and the cleanliness of the finished product. Plenty of stone companies out there, look somewhere else folks.

"I sometimes just don’t know how to respond to some customers and what they say and do. This customer signed a PDF document sign showing a seam in his Back splash which was all we could do with the size of remanent piece he picked out. On installation day he complained about what he signed off on. We were able to use another piece of material from a different piece to make him a full piece at no extra charge. We use a paintable caulk along walls that starts out white then turns clear so it can be painted to match wall color. He called complaining about the caulking job then sent multiple close-up photos of the finger wipe marks from applying the caulk none of which would show after painting touch up. We did ding his wall while installing the top and it was in the installation zone when lifting the top in place, we offered to fix it he chose to do it himself. If you saw the before photos of this project and the terrible quality drywall job with an odd piece of trim in the corner with raw drywall butted to it you would understand why I just shake my head at this one. Bedrock is committed to doing good quality work and when we fall short we take responsibility for it and do what is needed to correct the situation, in this case we don’t deserve this review. This is not my first time dealing with granite, and I had an expectation that was not met. We initially chose this business because of their great customer service. Once we committed to this business however, there was very poor customer service. I had to call multiple times to check on things and follow up on things. There was no communication. The timelines I was given were very inaccurate. I was told multiple times the time frame to install was 2-3 weeks and there was not even a chance of install before 4 weeks in the end. I was very nervous about install because there were multiple errors on the final layout. My specifications from the measure were not followed. I was not confident about the job that would be done. The install took a long time. They had to come to my house 4 times in 2 weeks before it was finally done. They made errors twice cutting the stone and there were delays so they could recut the pieces. The caulking job was terrible, leaving me to fix it in some places. The seams were not great. I asked twice for them to be smoothed out. I talked with many of the employees over the course of this project and they don’t even talk positively about each other. In the end, I have granite countertops and they are beautiful, but they are here at great expense and great stress.

Bedrock Granite was very friendly to work with and they did a great job installing our vanity top. Their price was comparable to other granite vendors but their people were really nice to work with. It was worth the drive to Slinger to see their showroom.

We visited their showroom and liked that we could see full slabs of granite. They were very informative which helped us make a good decision. They were easy to work with and responsive to my questions. The only thing I would have liked is a call the day before installation to let me know when they were going to arrive at my home the next day.

The customer service while ordering and installing was great. I received an image to approve for final measurements. Everyone was very helpful. I did have a seam but they did do a great job matching up a piece and seaming it. They also have great customer service standing behind their products and ensuring we were happy.

We can't say enough about how happy we were that Thelen Construction referred us to Bed Rock when contemplating replacing our kitchen countertop and sink. Jeanette was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the granite, and despite a busy day in the showroom gave us all the time and information we needed to choose a beautiful countertop at a reasonable price. The gentleman who measured worked efficiently and did a great job, and the installers worked quietly, gave attention to every detail and left with our kitchen clean and looking better than ever. The entire project was completed in less time than we imagined, and would recommend Bed Rock Granite to everyone!

Customer service is top notch here. My wife and I stopped here first looking for granite for our kitchen. She fell in love with a piece, the same day they were able to come to our home and do the laser measurements. All said and done between shopping and final install was less than 14 days.

Amazing! From the first time we walked into their showroom until they walked out of our house after installation, the employees at Bedrock Granite went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, reassured and happy with the installation of our granite counters in our new kitchen! We were extremely impressed with Bedrock Granite from the first time we walked into the showroom. We were able to pick out our granite after seeing full slabs on display and receive an estimate of the cost within minutes. The gentleman who came to measure for the countertops arrived right on time and finished quickly. We went back to the showroom to see how the countertops would be laid out on the slab we picked. Everything that would happen on the day of installation was explained to us very thoroughly. The installers arrived on time and went right to work. They were professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy with the new countertops and will definitely return to Bedrock Granite for any future remodeling projects we may do.

The service was by far the best we have had from any company we have dealt with for quite sometime. The sales people, owner, install people and everyone in between were gracious and courteous and very professional, but also down to earth. We went in and they helped us pick a stone, we had the owner talking with us too and he gave us a deal for a stone that was a little out of our price range. They came and measured and about two weeks later we went for the "layout" to show us on the slabs where different counters would be cut from. We had the choice to move or highlight a section of stone that we liked. Very nice option we thought, we had a say in what was going where - we liked that. After that the install date came and the installers were there on time and did a grate job. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. All in all this was a great experience, we highly recommend them!

Crew started at 8:00 am and finished by approximately 3:00 pm. Very professional installation including an undermount sink. Everything went as planned with no surprises.

The installers accomplished the installation in an hour--a 6'3" countertop and a 6'8" countertop with sink hole. They were knowledgeable and thorough with drilling of holes for the faucet, soap dispenser and air gap, installing the undermount sink and explaining when and how we should seal the granite. They cleaned the sink and the countertops when finished and left the kitchen clean. They left granite sealer and printed instructions. Very professional and polite.
