It was smooth and no issues.

My water heater was leaking from the temperature and pressure valve. They came out to take a look and told me it might be a faulty valve...so they replaced for very cheap, but it didn’t fix the problem. So they came back and I was told there must be a faulty temperature gauge which would cost me $400 to fix or replace the whole water heater for $1000. I asked how he was so certain is was faulty temperature reading causing the release of water and not pressure...he assured me it had to be temperature. So I had them replace the whole unit and the very next day went down to the basement to find my new water heater was having the same problem. Turns out there was a pressure spike issue in the pipes coming from the well. The service man seemed genuinely disheartened that I had purchased a new unit for no reason and told me to call the owner...who he assured me was very reasonable and would be willing to work with me. I called and left 2 messages the next week and never heard back. Daily calls for the next 5 days were never even picked up. Either they are incompetent or I got scammed and the dodging of my calls and complete lack of communication after the fact tells me I got scammed. No effort on their part to make things right.

Chris explained the process. We appreciate that he suggested the best option and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Scott did a great job with the install. He was on time and out in less time than was allowed. He cleaned up everything. The new system works great. We paid more, but the Kinetico system was the best reviewed in our research.

Delivery of salt went fine. I will be having them check my softener.

Wonderful! The cost was a little more than going to Menards and buying one, and having them install the cheaper unit, but with their unit, we get the added peace of several years of service, on top of the warranty on parts for the unit.

Tech was very punctual. Clearly explained what he thought was going on. Quickly diagnosed the problem, disassembled the unit, showed me the problem, replaced the problem part. In no time at all the softener was back together. Answered all my questions, cleaned up, tested the water. Very pleased with the service. We have a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system. Best investment we ever made. When I call Water Doctors I give my name and state my business. They always respond like they have my account memorized. Water Doctors makes me feel like air am their best customer. How refreshing!

The installation went well.

John was great from Day 1. He did an outstanding job in explaining everything to me in regards to water details, what is needed for what and how their systems work. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and fitting the solution to our type of water and what our families desires were. The installation went great and they really did an excellent job making the installation look amazing in the basement. It's nice and clean and they spent a lot of time making sure it was as aesthetically appealing as necessary. The post installation walk thru and consultation was extremely helpful in learning the systems and how they work.

The technician was very thorough and explained how the water softening process works. He also went on to explain how we can use less soap, shampoo etc. as a little goes a long way with softened water.

It was just fine. I have trouble getting hot water in my bathroom. It takes a long time for the water to be hot. The one that they did flush is working great but I don't know about the one they had installed. It just takes a long time for me to get hot water. The service person was really, really nice to work with. I've had no problems with them at all.

It went well. The technician came at the scheduled time, checked and explained the settings, and tested the water quality. It was money well spent. Our settings had gone way out of line and the softener was regenerating ten times more often than needed, greatly increasing our water bill and our salt expenses. We'll recover the cost of the service on our next water bill. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
