Nail holes left unfilled in baseboards throughout house, as well as door trim around new kitchen pantry. Painted kitchen cabinets now chipping and cracking. New granite countertop installed with extensive surface damage and was filled with epoxy. Shower door track in bathroom was broken. Holes in painted wood furniture. Ms. Kohnen refuses to remedy any of the issues. This review was written on behalf of senior citizen homeowners who have not adopted use of the internet.
