"Modernized Exteriors seem to have built a decent deck for a decent price but in a somewhat sloppy and dishonest way. First, they left hundreds of pieces of debris including over 100 nails, screws, and other fasteners, and hundreds of pieces of the old deck lying around, including some pieces over six feet long, many with embedded nails sticking out. For months, nearly every time my daughters went out to play they came back with a handful of nails and screws. Second, the old deck had a notch through which the gutter downspout passed to reach the drain in the ground. Instead of cutting a notch for the downspout, they just tossed it behind a bush allowing the gutter to empty directly onto the deck. They promised a 12-month warranty, saying they'd come out to correct any defects. When I mentioned the disconnected gutter they initially said they'd fix it, but then ignored my follow-up messages when I asked them to actually do it. So they may not honor their promises."

Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "It is hard to believe that it has been almost three years since Northern Pacific Exteriors completed our full house siding project. I’d like to offer a long-term review now that we’ve had a few years to live with the results. It is hard to believe, but I think I’m even happier with the quality of the work now than I was when they wrapped up the job. The house looks as good as it did when they pulled out of the driveway for the last time. I literally have nothing that doesn’t look right about the job after three years of living with it. The work still looks new. Northern Pacific Exteriors is the contractor we all hope we find, especially for big-ticket projects that require highly skilled crews. Superb attention to detail. Every promise was kept. Easy to work with. Fair pricing. Kept to the schedule and showed up with a full crew everyday. Left the job site clean. Honest, fair, and straightforward in every way - no games just superior results. I just cannot recommend them too highly. If you need to have work done, care about quality workmanship and want the peace of mind that comes from dealing with real professionals, these are the folks for your job."

"Our bath remodel went very smoothly. It was finished on time and we are very happy with the results. It was wonderful that they had a designer to help with the material selections. Everyone that came into our house was polite and easy to get along with. We will be hiring them again next year to do our other bath and a half."

"If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."

"Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court."

"Added 1000 sq feet addition to our house. Total roof area came out to 16 squares (1600 square feet). The owner Randy was just a gem of a guy. Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates. Highly recommend this company and the owner has over 30 years roofing experience."

"Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
