"Hello Kimmy, as you are not accurate about what you are implying and are only trying to make any situation worse when we only had the chance to have one day on site since your “episode” And wanted to do everything to help- you did not slow down to give us that chance ma’am. And I don’t feel like I could have been more kind up to the point of your no return. I was only suggesting you do more work to your home and wanted time explain the current situation, Kimmy. As you take things the wrong way, you will never end up knowing what it could have been like if you could only have just seen it from the perspective of an outsider looking in, or just my perspective that I had tried to briefly reiterate after your initial outburst. And like I said before- I appreciate the opportunity, we aren’t going to be able to make all of our clients happy. Craftsmanship workmanship and dignity are things you don’t have to worry about at Jump on Board Construction. We will do everything we can to make your vision come to life and are extremely capable, knowledge and actually kind too! Thank you for your concerns Kimmy, I hope you stay well. You will forever be in my good thoughts, I hope you can offer a change of heart someday or be able to hear me out about the concerns I had for your home and what shouldn’t be ignored, to in the end create more issues.
