"Insulation Northwest did a fantastic job insulating my 1944 house recently, with Drill & Fill in ground-floor walls never before insulated, plus a complete insulation of the second floor attics and interior walls. They were super-careful cutting and drilling my old cedar shakes, replacing them perfectly and caulking them afterwards. They worked around plants without damaging a thing while doing the walls outside. I have old lath and plaster walls but blowing in the fill left not even a hairline crack or any trace on the inside. Much appreciated! They spent two long days at my house and they were clean, friendly, professional, and helpful . This is my second time hiring Insulation Northwest and I give them my highest recommendation."

"Fantastic. Of all the home improvement companies who have worked on many different jobs at this house in six years, Madrona takes the cake for providing the best quality work and amazing customer service. Madrona was the only company who gave us a thorough plan to not only put insulation in the attic but also to improve ventilation and ensure all roof penetrations were properly sealed. They added 1300 ft of R-44 blown fiberglass insulation over existing rock wool insulation that was fine but inadequate, to bring it to R-49. They fashioned a new wood access panel to the attic with a huge covered batt of fiberglass insulation fastened on the upper side and it feels like opening a secure air lock on the rare occasions where we've looked up into the attic. After they sealed all air penetrations in the attic they were very happy to show us what they did before adding the insulation. They installed insulation shield around the chimney, six roof jacks for proper venting, and vented kitchen and bath fans to dampered roof jacks, insulated with R-11 fiberglass batts. Four years later, the attic looks fantastic - there is no sign of any moisture and the blown in insulation looks as fluffy and lofty as when it was newly installed. I mistakenly thought one of the bath vents had been filled with insulation foam, causing the fan to not work very well, and Madrona sent someone out the next day even though the job was completed four years ago. Curt investigated and then politely and patiently explained that the side vent had been replaced with a better roof vent. And indeed, the fan was blowing air through the roof vent they installed and it is the old fan that is the problem, not Madrona's work. It would be wonderful if all companies stood behind their work this way."

"From the initial contact to the payment I couldn't be happier. Daniel was able to come out within a few days to get me a free inspection and less then a hour after that I had a quote sent to me. I had a range that I was hoping to pay for this but didn't mention that amount to Daniel prior to his quote and wouldn't you know it his quote was right on that mark. Daniel was able to get me on the schedule within 4 days of estimate. Crew showed up on the set date and got to work. Completed the work really quickly and not one single issue along the way. "Clean Crawls did some amazing work on my home re-insulating my ancient attic insulation. Crew was efficient, thorough, and did a fantastic job. A couple minor issues happened during the install (disconnected lighting, broken light fixture) but Clean Crawls made it right and took care of us. Would definitely have them back to do work again."

He was very thorough in acquiring the information needed and explaining the process. He came out the next week to inspect the attic and finalize the estimate. "We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"The installation was completed in a single day. The workers were courteous and conscience. They did make a bit  of a mess of my attic insulation where the drain lines were routed, but they missed putting it back after putting in a pretty long day and that was a relatively easy for me to fix. The workers took the time to give a basic operating instructions for the thermostat.

After the installation there have been problems with the furnace. Phoenix has been very active in followup service calls in trying to get to the root of the problem, including bringing in manufacturer service personnel. The problem with the furnace is not related to installation by Phoenix. It seems clear there is some kind of defect in the furnace itself that has been difficult to locate and resolve. I appreciate the persistence of Nick in getting this resolved. There have been at least 10 visits by Phoenix personnel, mostly Nick, in working on this problem."

"It went very well. Although the asbestos removal damaged the ceilings (as it was expected to), Rigoberto and his team were super responsive. He quickly got contractors in to fix the ceilings for a reasonable price. Both teams worked SO HARD and so fast - I was so impressed! They were fantastic, and I would certainly use them again if I needed to!"
