"We needed a new roof and connected with 240 Construction LLC through Home Advisor. Tommy got in touch with me right away and listened to my story, figured out what was needed, and got together a detailed estimate. That was Friday night. On Monday morning the crew was at the house, tearing off the old roof. By the end of the day the new underlayment was down and the house was ready for new shingles. While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. In the course of this project Tommy's experience was apparent in every way. Due to his management and the crew's skill this job could not have gone any better. "

Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."
