"Pipers contacted us by phone immediately after we submitted a repair request on Labor Day late morning for a clogged sewer line. We set up an appointment for early evening, at which time I mentioned we had intended to celebrate family birthdays that evening. About an hour later Pipers called and said they adjusted their schedule so they could arrive mid-afternoon, which they did. The back-up was cleared and we were so grateful to be able to join our family that evening. Pipers had to remove and reinstall the basement toilet. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
