"This company, and more specifically, Salvador gave me a call because I was searching on Home Advisor for a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink. I already had another company come out to give me a free quote on the work, but the technician (from the other company) who came out ONLY wanted access to my crawlspace to check for a "belly" (sagging pipe) in the pipes under my house, and quoted me over $350 JUST to snake my drain and said "I cant guarentee it will fix the sink". All other drains in my house were working properly, and since the access to my crawlspace was so limited and under house work was so expensive, I turned them away. Then came Salvador. He was punctual, polite, used proper Covid precautions, and assessed my plumbing situation. He told me what he thought was going on with my plumbing, and offered a quote SIGNIFICANTLY less than the previous company's quote, so I had him start work right away. He fixed my clogged drain, tested the sink, cleaned up his work area after his work was finished, and accepted payment once the job was done. I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again if I am ever in need of plumbing services in the future. 5-star service all the way around!! ð"

"I submitted my request on a Sunday for a clogged toiled and they had someone scheduled for the same day in the evening. I appreciated how professional the admin was and how quickly she could get someone in to fix my issue. John S. Came in the evening and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked out my toilet, talked through things I’ve tried to do to fix it before he came in, diagnosed it and shared what he thinks is happening and other possibilities, and we talked through the price before he went in to fix it. Unfortunately what we were hoping was an easy fix wasn’t and he had to change the diagnosis and update the cost. Luckily this next diagnosis was correct and he was able to unclog the toilet! There was a small plastic cup blocking the toilet hole and he was able to take it out after pulling the toilet. He put everything back and cleaned the area. I really appreciated his help and he shared some tips to help keep things running smooth. John was great and I highly recommend him!!"

"Had a severe root problem, clogging all drains. Carlos and Junior arrived within 4 hours of being called. They quickly diagnosed problem. After using the camera and hydro jetting and cutting the roots in the sewer line. Drains were all flowing again within 6 hours of calling them. The equipment they have is awesome. "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
