His design ended up looking awesome & was exactly what I wanted in the end. Moetu lead the job which took just two days. I work long hours & did not get to interact with the rest of the crew. They also spread grass seed over the remaining lawn after they finished the job, and it is now coming back to life after the hot summer. I love the end product so much. I am an independent contractor. I am a very hard worker and will always make sure that the job is done to your specifications and that the customer is happy. I will provide a bid for a job and provide an invoice when the job is complete. If the project is a large project with a lot of out of pocket up front costs for myself, then we can set up a payment plan for the project, for example, each stage of the project would be a different amount expected to pay for the project, this is typically decided and agreed upon with the homeowner.

"My wife and I moved into a new home in a newly-constructed neighborhood. Given the demand for landscaping in our area (4000+ new homes going in over the next half-dozen years) I was surprised that Courtney responded promptly to my request for a site visit and quote (another company never responded at all). Based on what I paid for a previous paver patio at my old house, and what a new neighbor paid for their landscaping, I thought that Courtney's bid was very reasonable. Courtney's team arrived when he said they would and completed the work by the date that he said they would. Per HOA rules, they cleaned up street-side at the end of each work day. After the job was completed Courtney came back at no expense to tweak one patio to get it just the way I wanted. CD Excavating does not do landscape design; they execute the design that you provide, which may include irrigation. They do not provide plants but will plant the ones that you provide. No contract or down payment required."
