"Jaman was professional, courteous and got things done quickly. He exceeded expectations! We had a toilet that needed a new seal. He assessed the situation, quoted and did the work. He went above and beyond to level things given our uneven concrete floor so that the problem won’t reoccur, all the while keeping us informed and explaining what was needed. Thank you and huge thumbs up!!"

"We had a toilet that had developed a hairline crack in the bowl that we did not want to escalate to an emergency situation. The two techs from Rooter Man did the entire job from sourcing the toilet to installing and cleanup quickly and efficiently. I relied on them to suggest which toilet to install based on the available room and quality of the unit. The job was done exceptionally well, they hauled away the old toilet and did a complete cleanup of the work area. Very satisfied."

"We had a late night sewer back up, and my friend recommended this rapid raptor sewer drain. So I called them and was able to schedule them that night. They cleared my toilet, ran a camera and identified the problem and found out where the breakage happened. They gave me a fair estimate to repair that section of the line and we decided to go with the work because they were out here so fast. They were extremely professional. They got the job done within 2 days and I was really happy with the final work. I will definitely be referring them to my friends."

Toilets questions, answered by experts

A toilet flange secures your toilet in place to the floor, and connects your toilet to the drain pipe that carries its contents to the sewer. Obvious signs that your flange needs replacement include when it can’t keep up with these two functions. If your toilet rocks back and forth or you see leaks coming from the bottom of your toilet, it’s time for a replacement. Other signs that your toilet flange is broken or faulty may include loose tiles or soft flooring around the toilet, and sewage smells.

Flushing the toilet only to realize it’s clogged can cause anxiety. To avoid a clogged toilet, use less toilet paper. If you notice that the toilet is flushing and refilling slower than usual, you can use a plunger to clear clogs in the S-trap. If that doesn’t work, call a plumber to check your system and possibly clear the drain lines.

The cost depends on the parts, labor, extent of damage, and whether extensive plumbing modifications are required. Typical repairs cost $150-$300.

Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.

Yes, you can have a toilet without a septic tank. However, it will have to be a composting toilet. Composting toilets work similarly to aerobic septic systems in that the waste, which sits in a separate compartment below the toilet itself, is slowly broken down by aerobic bacteria. These toilets typically have a vent to get rid of harmful gasses with a fan, which requires a battery. You will have to dispose of waste in the toilet manually every three weeks to every three months, depending on how many people are using the toilet.
