The first items were functional, trim and shape a giant rose bush and laurel (hedge row) inside the yard along with overgrown vines and lavender sprawl along an extensive retaining wall. Next came the magic. The north and east (front) sides of the house get little sun. Grass was patchy, soil uneven and steep, and moss was destroyed by crows eating the grub infestation. Cervantes treated the soil for grubs and came up with a dramatic landscape design replacing the grass with a flat stone walk way and level patio, gravel and mulch, with a drainage system. They also pressure washed the walkways and front steps, making my entire yard welcoming and brand new. The whole project took two days. Crews worked tirelessly in the rain.
