"Hi [Member Name Removed]- First of all, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with our company. I apologize that your service call was pushed back. However, I would like to give some clarification and address some of your concerns... It was my decision to have the technician remain on their previous call to take care of an elderly customer's malfunctioning chair lift. I'm aware that there is always a risk of negative reviews on the occasion that we miss or have to push back a call. But we do it because we believe strongly that we need to take care of our current customer's safety needs, and we never want to rush a job, which often times result in oversight and sloppy work that can hurt our customers. We recognize that sometimes doing the right thing can hurt a business in some ways, but we are very okay with that, as long as we stick to our values, we believe we can be successful.
