Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe. Patrick kept in constant communication with me every step of the way and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the repair and highly recommend Patrick and his team."

Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line.
