Jeff was professional and arrived within the given time window, we reached out Saturday night (hot water heater was overheating and melting the plastic thermostat covers and insulation) and he was able to replace the hot water tank Sunday afternoon. When Chris Simonnet quoted me a price to replace/reroute my water main supply I had to confirm it because it was so much lower than other estimates I’d received. In some cases by over $1200! Chris Simonnet and his crew were on time, polite and professional. While other firms estimated it would take 2-3 days, Chris and his crew finished in 8 hours. Chris explained every step of the repair process in simple easy to understand language. He buried the water main (from the meter into the house existing system) deeper than code requires, and finished up the job with a follow up visit to make sure everything was perfect. I will use Chris Simonnet and Hardie Plumbing for all my plumbing/sewage needs from now on!

OMG...I call Jeff the plumber whisperer. I was so stressed about possibly having to gut my kitchen and open up walls everywhere along the wall near my gas stove and the outside of my house to figure out where water was pouring from to the outside. First Jeff was here quickly, he listened to what I said was happening, then he checked the outside, then inside and with exact measure he located and fixed my leaky pipe within no time flat. He's very professional and he is not out to gouge you. Call Jeff first, you will be glad you did.
