Red Cedar Plumbing helped us with a clogged toilet emergency just before we hosted our big family gathering for Thanksgiving. Gavin and his team repipe our entire house in just 3 days in a professional and perfect way. They found the best and more efficient way to do it. Also they close the holes, texturing walls as necessary snd cleaning all the house. After theses days, only painting some walls and our place looked like new again. Red Cedar pretended to do a full repipe on my house on 2/10/24. I paid a $1000 deposit on 1/31/24. They tried to scam me for a $10,000 fake job. I was lied to about needing a permit. Their crew pretended to run a new mainline, digging up a line of dirt in my yard, putting on a big show, without running any new pipes. My yard has since been dug up and nothing found there. In addition, I saved the video footage from my security cameras to reveal the truth. I also took photos showing this facade in progress. They told me the kitchen and one bathroom had been repiped, however after a professional inspection it was found that they lied about that as well. I still have old galvanized pipes everywhere except my laundry room where the pipes are exposed (much harder to fake). Autie, the company representative, has been unavailable for questions or help after the job was finished. I made a complaint to the BBB and to the office of the Attorney General of Washington State. I welcome the opportunity to take these scammers to court and hold them accountable for their actions.

Sandeep and Mike were great to work with. I needed to replace the original 1940s water service line running to my house. I called three companies before hearing about Red Cedar Plumbing. They others I called before were outrageously priced and didn't hear me when I mentioned I would have the trench excavated and open; all they would need to do is lay the pipe and make the connections. Red Cedar listened and worked with me. They even confirmed the depth they needed the trench to be to pass inspection. They even identified that the City needed to perform repairs on the City's side of the service line, called the City, and were able to get them out quickly to make the City repairs needed. Red Cedar is my plumber of choice and will be the first I call anytime I have a plumbing issue. Granted, I really hope I don't have to make those calls, but if I do, it will be to them.

They first tried unclogging my driveway drain with a snake. It was too big a job for that, so a couple days later they returned, jacked up the concrete around my drain, removed the old broken clay pipe, replaced with new PVC, filled with gravel and poured new concrete. My drain hasn't worked in over 8 years – and I'm so happy they fixed it. They did a great job.

Very happy with the tech who did the work. Extremely competent - the work was done quickly and everything works great. We were also impressed with the response time. They were in touch with us quickly to submit a bid and the whole process was completed within 2 days.

RedCedar and Sandeep were amazing at analyzing a pretty tricky issue where we had a leak inside the basement from the mains leak. He suggested how the problem should be solved and likely cause... without charging a dime. I was successful at finding the real leak outside the house in the sprinkler system causing the water to seep into the old pile entering the house. Great job and highly recommend for any complex plumbing jobs..

It was a difficult clog that was backing up into the kitchen sink. It took a while to unclog, but Red Cedar Plumbing got the job done! I called on a Saturday night and they came the next day. I would recommend them.

It's not s easy fix. But it's fixed with come back the next day.

Work was excellent. I had a frozen outdoor faucet that had burst. The original faucet had been installed poorly with about two inches of pipe showing and rotated about 30 degrees to the right. I called Red Cedar with an Angies list deal. From start to finish they were professional, timely and responsive. The plumber installed a new frost proof faucet, properly aligned and used a nice looking space so no pipe was showing outside. I've had plumbers out in the past such as Southwest and O'neill and felt like I was being swindled. Red Cedar was honest and fairly priced. I'll definitely being calling them for my future plumbing needs.

Kudos to Red Cedar for picking up the phone on Sunday. Tried to get 4 or five other emergency plumbers to answer without luck. The bathroom faucet wouldn't stop running, I had to turn off the water. They came first thing Monday morning, assessed and immediately fixed the bathtub faucet.
