We have had some customers purchase deals from us and get our honest and get great workmanship at discounted rates only to then give us poor reviews due to the dissatisfaction of paying for something that wasn't fully understood. It becomes very difficult for us to provide our valued customers money saving offers when we receive negative feedback do to no fault of our own.
