Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

Although i provided all parts for my repairs in fixing my toilet waterline he did not replace the old beauty ring which i supplied on my new flooring before connecting waterline it is old and rusty. I should have inquired a bit further in the quote for cleaning drains. Jarrod cleaned my bathroom sink with a snake no parts needed but cost 250.00 I now wonder if i should have had him snaked the kitchen while he was here or if in the future should i budget 250.00 per sink?
