"Called another rooter company to clean a drain in a rental unit. My husband was coordinating with the Property Manager and Rooter company. Rooter company was unsupervised with the tenant. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

They were very professional and thorough. Three stars for "value for money" only because it seemed very expensive. Maybe due to the addition of replacing some of our PVC lines and valves. But we chose a trusted company because we can't risk water damage."
