AA plumbing was great! They were able to very quickly come out take a look at our problem provide an accurate estimate and then come within a few days to repair the issue we had with a leaking water line. I will definitely be reaching out to them again if ever I needed a plumber!

Incredible. Called them up and within 30 minutes they were leaving another job and at my house. They checked everything out (everything was fine, i was just freaking out) explained to me how the pump works, and offered me a Mitigation reference for some possible seepage issues. If i indeed have plumbing needs for ANY REASON going forward, i am using these guys. Top notch.

I checked out YELP and looked for highly rated Plumbers in our area and called AA Plumbing. This was kismet because I could not have asked for a better experience with a Plumbing company. Curtis made time to come out the same day I called, and ran a camera up the line. While delivering the bad news about the fix, he alleviated the pain by pointing out that the line was clearly shared with my neighbor and that he should also pony up for the repair. Not only did Curtis contact my neighbor directly to discuss the issue and fix, but he also later met up with him to run another camera to prove the fix was needed and it was indeed a shared line. I had many questions throughout the process and Curtis extremely responsive with my calls and texts. On top of ALL that, their work was timely, impeccable and an extremely fair (almost too good to be true). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a call for all of your plumbing needs.

I called and got a friendly person, not a recording. Quoted a price for the job rather than by the hour. He and his partner were friendly and professional, arrived early and got the job done in an hour at the quoted price. And he suggested an easy improvement that I could do to lessen the chance of a recurrence. It's hard to rate the price as good or not. I might have saved money by using another outfit if they had done it quickly at an hourly rate. On the other hand, another outfit would have been more expensive if the job had taken longer than 2 hours. So. I took a gamble. I used the 10% off Angie's List coupon.

We had a collapsed sewer pipe, with a flooded basement and busted water heater! Another plumber came out and gave an estimate on a sewer lining, another company gouged us on cleaning out the sludge from the basement! We called around for a second opinion and got ahold of Curtis, who it turned out I had already spoken to multiple times while trying to get the first plumber out to us. He recommended a full replacement of our sewer line and it was cheaper than the lining and his reasons were sound. Next day we finally were able to run water down our drains (never underestimate your toilet!), next day our yard was filled like it never happened (besides having no grass), next day we got our new water heater (with 10% discount) and I'm getting ready for a hot shower. Thank you so much Curtis and team at AA Plumbing LLC, after this crazy ordeal you were the most empathetic, honest, and all around best people that we dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great; a pricey repair but arrived as scheduled; friendly and efficient. Did not replace concrete/drywall (as discussed with the estimate so not a surprise) but hailed away and cleaned up all debris.

The 25-year old faucet confounded them. Rather than just fix or replace the washers in the old leaking one, they had to go buy a new one to replace the old one. Plumbing always costs more than I think it should. This visit was around $300.

Work was performed as agreed. Price was high, but could not get other plumbers to respond through Angie's List. Problem was the way the yard was left after the work. Still have clear trench "scar" through the yard. Large rocks and debris were not removed from holes dug - Sidewalk was damaged and was told they would send out their concrete guy, not follow up. Was contacted by owner months after I left initial review, as he was surprised by my responses. He said he would come by to see what I was referring to, and get back to me. Didn't happen.

Once contacted, AA Plumbing arrived quickly and was able to find the leak - Leak was where the poly pipe connected to the brass that lead to the house. The line was 55' - Was told the repair would be risky. Agreed to replace (hind site suggests a repair was likely possible) Tore up from lawn (which was filled back in rather hastily and shabbily). Still trying to fix yard condition where it continues to create little sink holes. Definitely a safety issues. They cut the aggregate walk way and it crumbled and was replaced hastily and not evenly, creating a trip hazard that I had to have repaired for more money. I am certain they were skilled plumbers, but the impact issues to the property were not done well and I am certain I paid TOP dollar. Based on price, I had much higher expectations for the quality of work performed. 2 plumbers worked the job for maybe 10 hours total and I paid $5201.25 with tax. Not including additional time and money I have spent since to "clean up" afterwards. Disappointed and feeling a bit taken. Used Angie's List so I could have multiple bids, but only heard from one contractor. I saw no advantage to using this service and this survey came 2 months after job was completed. Will likely not use Angie's List again based in this experience.

We installed a new water service. 57' Installed a prv Installed a new shutoff All fittings were to code as well as the install. Also gave you the option on your invoice/ estimate for a repair, or replace and you opted for the replacement. I do thank you for the input. Make us work harder and strive for excellence. Really nice guys, came out and gave me a quote promptly. Quote was reasonable and around what others had quoted, I decided to hire them because they were so nice and even told me how to fix a few issues myself to save me money! They were able to come out to do the repair within the week. Stayed under their max estimate even though there ended up being a bigger issue that they discovered after fixing the two leaks (main stack had rusted away and was leaking through the cast iron) and they quickly fixed that while they were here. Recommend giving them a call!
