"Spencer construction repaired the damaged brickwork on my house after a stolen car ran into the house at high speed. The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. They took care of dranige issues I did not even think of. Had a buddy go with a diffrent compney at the same time and his 10 yard patio is all cracked up. His work crew, Young and Jasper, were here right on time and worked hard all day until the job was completed. They didn't waste a minute, doing exactly what they said they would do. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. "Outstanding work and value. Andy was quick to respond and came out the next day to assess what we needed to do to improve the drainage in our crawlspace. The home is built on a sloped lot. Andy suggested a full perimeter drain install around the foundation. The work also included complete replacement of the vapor barrier. "Lucas Construction was a great experience. I fired the previous concrete co before Lucas on the third day-not enough equipment, staff, and only showed up when felt like it. Got an itemized estimate with several options and cost. They told me to think it over before deciding so I did for like 2 days. They were always on time, had plenty of staff, all the necessary equipment and asked questions when necessary. One side of the driveway needed a concrete curb to support the higher level of dirt that neighbor had-they did a great job on that too. Nice finish work-I chose aggregate bc sidewalks, and walkways at my place were aggregate. I just can't say enough good things about this group. I 'd hire them in a hot minute if I need more concrete work"
