"Good communication, started on time, finished on time. Did quality work, communicated well about conditions discovered under stucco (existing rot) and repaired that. Finished stucco was an excellent match to existing. Caulking was very well done. Did a good job with site protection and cleanup, and kept a tidy work site. Great work all around."
