Spencer construction repaired the damaged brickwork on my house after a stolen car ran into the house at high speed. The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. If you're looking for an experienced and creative mason who is attentive to detail he's the best!

I have nothing but good things to say about Kevin and Spencer Construction. I had a "pinterest" picture that I wanted to duplicate for our fireplace remodel, plus a fairly complicated design for the hearth stones. Kevin came through with flying colors. He took great care to communicate with me what I would need to get (and exactly where to get it), talked through my design before he started, and executed perfectly. We can't be more happy with our new fireplace!

Kevin and his team are top notch in every aspect. The work is clean, precise and detailed. He is the only Mason I will work with because of his knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for doing the best job possible.

Kevin and his brother John did outstanding work for me on South Hill! They repaired four chimneys, my firebox, and put new cultured stone on the chimney exteriorly where stucco had been peeling off. They did an A1 job and went out of their way to even do a few extras regarding quality! They were quick and efficient and got the job done while we were on vacation. I can’t recommend them enough. If I had any other chimneys to repair, they will do it!😎👍🏼

Spencer Construction and the entire spencerbrix.com team were amazing to work with! They came out to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted to do. I came into the project with an idea of what I want to do on the most fundamental level, they worked with me in breaking the project down in phases. Kevin's team guided me towards the beautiful end product by providing creative insight, recommendations and choosing only the best material for the job by providing transparency on cost vs quality. I just moved into the home, and this was one of first 'facelift' projects I wanted to do make the home my own. Now I often double back at the true transformation his team was able to complete, by installing real stone over the face of my attached garage and the face of my home, then replacing a rotted wood pathway with a stone pathway.

Spencer Construction was very prompt, courteous and attentive to details. Even though the weather was not very cooperative, Kevin worked diligently through it all to get the river rock chimney and adjacent river rock wall installed. The finished product looks great and Kevin ensured that the site was very clean prior to leaving. The cost for the project was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for other projects.

They did a very good work . He was prompt and price was fair.

Kevin responded to inquiry very quickly and came out the same week. However the quality of the work didn't pass CISA licenced inspector's inspection. We asked Kevin to tuckpoint the chimney and he didn't use actual motor but grey chaulking! Even if that's an oversight in buying the wrong material, the he didn't tuck point under the flashing above the roof so essentially half of the work wasn't done. I didn't feel super confident and had the work inspected and redone, otherwise we would have a serious leak around the half hazard chalking.

I've used his services at least three times some brickwork in front of a garage cement patio and some tile work each time I was very happy with the work that was performed I thought he was a very professional guy and I'll hire Spencer Construction again when I need more work done.
