"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. "We had a new service panel installed as we have a very old house and were planning for a future remodel but we needed some other work to be completed first.  Mike and his crew gave us a good estimate, fit us into their busy schedule, got the job done on time, and were very professional.  They answered all our questions, kept the lights off for a minimum amount of time while installing the new service.  Mike patched the hole in the roof (while it was raining) where the old service supply came into the house and did a great job.  We were happy and would quickly recommend them to anybody looking for a skilled crew of electricians.  Only downside is they're busy so be patient.
