They did great work and explained things thoroughly, all at a reasonable price. I have used them several times and been satisfied with their work. The only problem has been communication on the last job, which was dropped.

Very well. Some crew members stayed late in the evening to finish ahead of incoming bad weather.

They were alreadyon site and working when I stopped by at the time they said they would be starting! Jose met me at the job when complete and they corrected the only deficiency the next day (Saturday!). They should probably get at least a 6 star rating ( 5 stars is considered superior)

K Single Corp did a fabulous job in replacing my roof. They offered great product and excellent warranty. They did an excellent job installing the roof, and they cleaned up the site nicely as well. I am happy to have them work on my roof and definitely recommend them.

Jose originally suggested pulling both basement windows out to replace entire window frame. This was more than we could swing and asked if there was a more "low rent" solution. Because there was no rot, just sun damage, he came up with a great solution of formed metal sealed over the damage areas. it looks great, and we can sand, seal and paint the rest which is perfect for us. Jose was great, K Single took two follow up phone calls to confirm contract & check receipt and getting on the books. Maybe because we were such a small job during such a busy time.

There were some misunderstandings but they completed the job according to the original plan we agreed to plus regraded the yard beautifully. We are very happy with our beautiful new lawn.

They came as scheduled and the original spot stopped leaking but it resulted in several new areas leaking.

K Single Corp did an excellent job installing my new metal roof to replace my old composite roof. We got estimates from several roofing companies, including K Single Corp. After the first home visit by K Single Corp, they immediately emailed me a detailed written contract proposal (unlike some other bidders). Yoni was very communicative, in person and by email/text/phone. He answered my many questions. He revised the proposal as requested by me (for example, I wanted a thicker gauge metal and I decided to have them remove the chimney). They never pressured me to start the job soon (unlike some other bidders). K Single Corp's price was competitive with all my other bids. After all this, I finally chose a different roofing company (perhaps equally good) to do the job, and K Single Corp politely accepted this (unlike some other bidders). Unexpectedly, my chosen company had to pull out (due to family circumstances) before they could begin work, so I came back to K Single Corp to do the job. I'm a bit obsessive, and I had many more detailed questions which Yoni answered patiently and promptly. I wanted more changes to the contract proposal (for example, I added more conditions about my gutters and screens, vent hoods, extra panel clips, roof anchors, etc.) and Yoni revised the contract proposal and warranty repeatedly for me. I often found that they were already planning to do the things that I wanted spelled out in detail. I was happy with the contract I signed. The metal panels were ordered to be fabricated and arrived within two weeks. The work crew arrived within days and tore down and installed the metal roof very professionally in about five work days. The foreman (Orlando) was communicative with me (not everyone on the crew was fluent in English). They did everything I had requested. There were some unexpected increased costs (they needed more material), but K Single Corp paid the added cost, and I paid exactly the price I had originally signed for. My new metal roof is beautiful. K Single Corp's standard warranty is 10 years, but for my metal roof they agreed at no cost to extend my warranty to 20 years, labor and materials, plus the steel panels have a 40-year warranty from Nu-Ray Metals. It looks like it will last for decades with low maintenance.

Single K Corp does quality work with diligence and care. They clean up the mess and treat the rest of our property with respect. When we had a problem with one of our skylights (not installed by them but affected in some way by the re-roofing), they responded promptly and fixed the problem. I recommend K-Single.

We had to remove the metal roof (and traditional shingle roof underneath) from our newly purchased home. K Single Corp provided a bid for the work that was reasonable and did top quality work. Our roof is in great shape and the work was done very quickly. We also had them remove our old and install new gutters and drains. The work was done in conjunction with the roof replacement.

Our experience has been fantastic working with K Single Corp. In fact, they installed a roof for us 3 years ago on a challenging low sloped roof over a covered patio with 5 sky lights. That patio is still leak free so when we discovered a leak on our attached garage K Single was on our short list. They arrived within a day to provide the three quotes we requested; for the leak repair, partial replacement of the garage roof and an entire roof replacement of our 19 year old roof. Their estimate was significantly less than their competitors who quoted using the exact same materials. Given our previous positive experience, their favorable pricing using top notch materials, and punctual and thorough communications with them, we decided to proceed with the full installation of a new roof. They temporarily fixed the leak as we waited for a break in the rainy February weather. When the fix didn’t work they returned the same day and determined the leak was actually caused by a faulty gutter and flashing installation by the original builder, resulting in damage to the siding and the underlying OSB material. They temporarily fixed the gutter and flashing leak which bought us time as we awaited a break in the weather. When the weather cleared they removed the old roofing materials and installed the new roof within two working days. They left the working area clean each day and had us ready for a rain storm that hit hours after they finished. They were also able to assess the damage caused by the leak, and replaced the damaged OSB and siding quickly and competently. Our house looks fantastic and we now have confidence in our leak free future. You shouldn’t hesitate to include them in any quoting process, I’m confident you will be happy with the end result.

I started with an initial repair by K Single Corp., but another part of the roof failed and they ended up replacing that half of the roof and credited me the cost of the initial repair. The other half of the roof was replaced under warranty by the previous company before they went out of business and I have had no problems with that other half.

My roof replacement went perfect. The crew started on time the day scheduled for the job. They worked into the evening when it was dark, using head lamps for light. This was to take advantage of the dry weather. They finished their work the next day in a timely manner. The clean up went great, and everything was hauled away. The finished product looks beautiful, and I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. I highly recommend K Single Corp, and the people that work for them. Thank you for a job well done!!! When I first met Yoni Gonzalez, from K-Single Corp. he impressed me with a great attitude and an eagerness to help me out. After measuring out the roofs and gutters, Yoni gave me an estimate on the spot. After consulting my CFO I called Yoni to schedule the work. To my surprise he said he'd be able to start the following week. The K-Single crew showed up the following Monday morning and knocked the work out in short order. I really liked working with Yoni; the fact that he texted me photos of the job in progress, relaying any questions the crew had for me, was a plus. The work included removing existing roofing, sheeting both roofs with plywood, installing necessary flashings, vents and new composite roofing, along with gutter removal and replacement. It was a great experience for me working with Yoni as he kept his word and there was never any bait-and switch or b.s. I've encountered with other contractors. K-Single is now my go to company for roofing, gutters, fencing and anything else they can help me out with. I highly recommend them!

I smell still make the roof repair for the lake I don't feel that I need a new roof

Everything went very well. I was initially worried because we knew there was damage under the roof, but just didn't know the extent of the damage. The crews showed up every day on time to perform the work, they communicated well about the things they found and what the results were. The project manager was responsive to my emails, phone calls and text messages, which made it easy to know what to expect. The job ended up taking longer then originally planned, but this was because of the things that were discovered (which we couldn't have known about). At the end of the day, we've got a brand new roof, they've replaced all the areas that were damaged, and the end price was extremely reasonable.

I would really recommend K Single Corp to other people. They provided the best rates and did not compromise with any kind of service, quality and guarantee. Yoni was amazing wrt to his response time, explanation and regular checks during the job. All the guys did a fantastic job on our roof and left the lot absolutely clean after the job.

Very well! One of our skylights got damaged in the job and they immidiately started the work to replace it when we told them and it was installed professionally and without any stress. Very professional!

Very impressed and satisfied from start to finish - they were able to mobilize and begin project within 2 days of signed quote agreement (faster than another company was even able to come out for quote). They encountered a setback and had to have a piece fabricated to finish the ridge vent. This took about 2 wks to finalize; HOWEVER, this is still very fast considering peak period of season. Home is MUCH cooler in the afternoon and night now with ridge vent installed, whereas before the home would stay warm no matter how much we ventilated the interior due to inadequate attic ventilation, caused by the lack of existence of a ridge vent. Price was surprisingly good considering this Seattle-area market (everything is so much more expensive) and the overall size of these 2 jobs.

These guys were excellent. We had an unexpected surprise when the condition of our existing roof was worse than we imagined, Yoni and his team worked with us to keep the additional repairs within our budget. The crew arrived early and stayed late to make sure the roof was completed before it rained. The roof and fence exceeded our expectations.

I hope it all went good. Since the repair was done it rained only twice and very mildly. I am waiting to see how the repair will hold under a downpour.

Outstanding! The estimator responded in a timely manner, came out, surveyed the problem and gave me a bid. He fit me into his schedule within several days. The foreman was excellent. During the course of the repair which lasted around 6 hours, he contacted me twice by phone to apprise me of their findings, the solution and progress. The crew was very professional, cleaned up, and left the job site spick and span. The final cost was below their estimate. Over all , I could not be more pleased with their work..
