We hired them for a large project that included running Cat6 Ethernet all through the home, adding outlets, adding COAX cables, adding fans/lights to the bedrooms, adding can lights, installing a natural gas generator and automatic switch over, terminating all the cat6 and coax to a server area, install WiFi hotspots in the ceiling, surround sound speakers in the family room, recessed power and wiring for the TV in the Family Room above the fireplace including a smurf tube. And the list goes on and on. They will be my first any work in the future."

"I had a leaking toilet flange that I was sealing. They came out on Wednesday, did an inspection, and found this to be the case. It would entail cutting a hole in the ceiling of the room directly below the toilet. It could not be done on that Wednesday because we had to move my grandson out of that room. We made an agreement to come back on Friday at 9am. He did not show up on Friday until I called Harts and complained. They finally got their acts together, and he came around 1pm. The toilet and leak were fixed in 2hrs roughly. They did a good job. However, the excuse given was that the computers were down, so the technicians schedule was all messed up. I have heard this particular excuse quite a few times in the past. This was not a cheap fix."

The company says this shouldn't happen, so Gloria set an appointment for Ryan to come out and see what needed to be done. We needed some new sheetrock done in the bathrooms, so we arranged that. It wasn't done correctly by the people we hired, so Ryan actually made three trips here. We were only charged on the last trip when he was able to complete everything. He was very helpful and pleasant as was Gloria and everyone else we came into contact with at the company. We have had these lights, 6 in our house, for 15 years and would always recommend this company for quality and service. Go Hawks!

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"They were on site for 6 days. Some days it was an "A" and some days a "C". They did not always clean up. They were late a couple of times where it was very inconvenient for me. I just remember there was some aggravating factors like not cleaning up. They cut some holes in the ceiling and actually left some drywall debris on a bed. It was just careless stuff like that. In the end, they took care of everything. It was an old house. There was surprises. They were very reasonable in absorbing the additional costs. They did it correctly with an old house. As things came up, they took care of it. That was a positive."

"Installation went well. Price was outrageous. They installed a new reinforced box, removed old light fixture and assembled / installed new ceiling fan. I would have waved them off if it weren't for a time crunch I was under to get the ceiling fan installed before my mom moved in with me. Bottom line, they did good work but the price was outrageous."
