Excellent! The electrician, Brian, showed up early and reviewed the job with me to ensure we were on the same page before starting the work. Once he got to work, he remained focused and was very gracious and accommodating to answer any questions I had about the job. This was a fairly complex job, at least from my perspective, and he was done in under 6 hours - including the trip to the electrical supply warehouse. Brian is an excellent representative of Trinity Electric, and I would gladly hire them again for any work I need done.

Trinity Electric has been the best experience we've had with a contractor, from bid to project completion. The home had two generations of electrical work. Jeff w/ Trinity provided a thorough bid that was broken into parts in case the entire house had to be rewired or partially rewired, and itemized all of the additional work in an à la carte fashion for easy decision making. Work was completed and inspected early, and within budget. Jim, the electrician who did the work, was knowledgeable, punctual, and kind to our oh-so-helpful dog. Clean inspection the first time through. These guys are excellent and I highly recommend.

I was really really happy with them. The work took about one day to complete, they sent one electrician out. He was excellent, we loved him.

They're the only people that we would use.  Jeff the owner is amazing, we love him.  He has taken really good care of us and all of our electrical needs.  Excellent service.  Very clean.  Very knowledgeable.  Just a great company all the way around.  They did a lot of work for us recently.  Two years back they were referred to us by a friend who had some extensive work done.  Originally they had done some work, two years ago, and I was really really happy with that.  That's what led us to reach back out to them for the extensive work we've just recently had done.  Pertaining to pricing, I really don't have anything else to compare because I would never go anywhere else, it wouldn't even matter to me.

Excellent! Jeff the owner came out first to find out exactly what we needed and provide a quote and soon after we accepted he fit us in to do all the work quickly and efficiently. We were pleased at how his crew went above and beyond the requirements to make sure I was happy with how everything looked and worked. They installed and replaced many light fixtures for us and were such pleasant and communicative people that it was like having friends do the work.

Trinity was awesome. Jeff did a thorough walk through and provided a fair estimate for a full home rewire. Jim was on site to rewire our entire home and did a beautiful job. He was a magician fishing wires through the walls on our main floor and hung all new fixtures to our exact preferences. The job was finished in a timely manner and we would absolutely hire them again.

Excellent. Jeff provided terrific service, researching the needed location of the outlet for my model range before the electrician came out. Jake, the electrician, was prompt and his work was neat and tidy. Very happy and plan on using them in the future.

My initial contact with Jeff (owner) was positive. He was friendly, professional, seemed well-qualified. He came highly-recommended by a neighbor who had had extensive work done by him. We did a walk-through of the house and I outlined my electrical needs. He made suggestions as to how to do the work plus other features I might want to consider. When he submitted his bid, the prices seemed reasonable and so we contracted to do the job, to be done in three phases with each phase paid for upon completion. I had to work the work schedule around others in my household and he was willing to be flexible to accommodate me. The electrician assigned was the “expert for old houses” (mine is more than 100 years old).He seemed well-qualified and a very competent electrician. He did not mind answering my questions and he did not object to me watching him work. However, he was not a “detail” man. He “eyeballed” a lot of the cuts and they were sometimes sloppy or too large. He acknowledged sometimes having to use oversize plates as a result. I have vintage paneling in my kitchen that cannot be repaired or replaced and some of his cuts were too large and required an oversize plate. My basement is semi-finished: a tiled ceiling but no walls. He tore off ceiling tiles without any consideration for them to be replaced and many were damaged beyond re-use. He did not clean up behind himself—he would simply leave a mess and go on to the next job. At the end of the work day he frequently just left. I had to begin policing behind him to make sure he was not leaving a mess and more than once I had to ask him to clean up a mess. Prior to completion of the total job I did another walk-through with Jeff and showed him what I was pleased with as well as areas where a mess had been left. Not once during the first two phases did the electrician take out any debris from his work but just left it in a pile in an unused space in the basement. Now equipment is beginning to fail. A year ago one of the light switches shorted out and became unusable. I simply replaced it myself. However, I could not find the identical switch, which had a built-in night light. I contacted Jeff at the time, speaking with him, to ask if he had any more such switches. He never got back to me. In the past two months two outlets have failed, within a two-week period—they simply stopped working. I called Jeff to find out what kind of warranty I had on his work and received no call back. I have left at least ten voice messages, the first on February 21, and I have received no responses. In my last message on March 29 I simply asked why he was not willing to stand behind his work. To date I have still received no responses. What was initially a fairly positive experience overall has since turned sour due to the lack of response to my phone calls. To me it is not reasonable for work, and supposedly new equipment, to be failing in only four years and I believe it should simply be replaced.. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be an issue with Jeff and Trinity Electric, judging by the lack of response to my phone calls. Would I use them again or recommend them to someone else? NO.

I had a dishwasher from Home Depot delivered to my rental house, and had paid for installation.  Once they delivered it, they said I would have to get an electrician to fix the circuit before they could come back and install.  I contacted Jeff and he met me at the house, looked at the project, told me I needed to have a plumber there at the same time.  I requested he coordinate this for me, and he arranged everything - including getting the work done before Christmas!  With almost no notice, he was able to accommodate me in every way.  They arrived as scheduled and completed everything in a thorough and professional manner.  Then I had an issue at  my own home with a receptacle needing replacement and Jeff came on over to my house and installed a new receptacle for me in a matter of minutes.  Absolutely wonderful service, including following up with me after the work was done and I had questions.  I would highly recommend Trinity Electric.

Mr. Whetzel was quick, efficient and kind in providing a fair and competitive estimate.  Our technician Jim also did a great job.  Both were on time and were flexible and accommodating of my complicated schedule and my large, protective dog. Both communicated very well ( not my experience with many contractors and, well, people in general.)  They were great about understanding and carrying out what I needed and wanted and making helpful suggestions.  I bought my house in July and a lot of electrical work had been done by the previous owners without being bonded or inspected.   Mr. Whetzel was great about getting required permits and communicating clearly and effectively with our inspector.  We also ordered a lot of the supplies ( outlets, plate covers, all house surge protector, switch, timer for fan) from Amazon previous to the work being done and Trinity was great about getting what we had installed despite a rather quirky house with lots of special needs.

This job was to light our backyard landscape. This included lighting trees and waterfall plus creek. We worked with Jeff to solidify the design to meet our budget. Jeff was very knowledgeable with respect to the how's and hardware selection. He was punctual and easy to discuss the project with. They came and went and other than the lights, I wouldn't know they were there. I had a reason to call them months after completion and they stopped by the house on their way home to help me. Aton charge. All in all, great job and I recommend Trinity for your electrical work.

When I first contacted Trinity, their replies offered good advice and options.  We made an appointment. Jim arrived right on time and got to work quickly.  We had one bathroom fan that had stopped working and a second that sounded like a Harley.  He replaced them both and cleaned up after himself and was gone within 45 minutes.  He was careful and tidy and polite.  We are very happy.
